Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled, first-floor condo located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub and grilling area. It has an open floor plan accommodating and intimate for a couple with coastal chic decor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of an electric fireplace, recliner, large modern couch with chaise, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wifi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter space, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for six. There is additional seating at the bar for four. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while taking in the Bay breeze. Take in the master suite which has a King size bed, nightstands, closet, chest for your beach attire and wall-mounted TV. Read a book in the corner sitting area with two comfy chairs to curl up in. The full bathroom has a large vanity area with sink and tub/shower that can be accessed by both the bedroom and kitchen area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. (*No washer and dryer in unit*)

Perfect beach condo! This rental was perfect for 2 adults, it had everything we needed. The community pool was great. Condo was comfortable and clean. We ended up renting a golf cart from Life in Paradise as well, this process was made extremely easy and accommodating by Brenda.

Friendly staff. Condo extremely clean and very comfortable Pool was clean and lots of chairs for guest to relax. Perfect place to relax after the beach BBQ pits available to grill out. This was a great stay. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back Thank you for making this a very enjoyable trip.

Perfect! We loved the decor, wish the dryer or a fence railing outside by the patio had been available, all of our stuff got wet driving in an awful rainstorm from San Antonio and we had clothes and beach towels draped all over the furniture. We didn't see the laundry facility until the next day. Other than that, we will be back and requesting this unit for sure!!

Front door protected by electronic push-button lock; no keys or cards to lose. The suite was like new and tastefully decorated. Bed was a firm foam type and looked like a California king. Slept fine on it. Large walk-in closet and large (6-drawer) dresser in bedroom. Smaller TV in bedroom. 2 night stands and lamps. Dining table seats 6 comfortably. Couch folds out to a bed, but we did not try that, so no review of its comfort. Couch seats 3 or 4 (cozy) with a Chaise section. One cloth chair with footstool, very comfy. Large new Smart TV in living area with Spectrum included and a number of apps loaded (Roku, Vudu, Prime, etc.). We added our Prime account with onscreen QR code -- deleted the TV from our Prime account when finished. Full-size fridge and all new appliances. 4-burner electric glass cooktop and stove. Samsung microwave seemed to take longer to cook items than our 1100 Watt microwave at home. Plenty of dinnerware with dishwasher. Felt like a home away from home.
