AH-H230:Shell We Dance: New Second Floor, 2BR Condo, Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Near Marina, Pet Friendly

 

Book your next vacation getaway at Shell We Dance. This newly remodeled second-floor condo has a view of the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area from the balcony, kitchen, and living room. This home is decorated throughout with a neutral color pallet of the ocean and sand. The full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare freshly cooked meals with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a pantry, a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. The dining table is accommodating six guests with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The living room boasts an overstuffed couch and loveseat, made for relaxing with a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bay breeze. Back inside, the guest bedroom (BR1) contains 2 Twin size beds, nightstands, a chest, a TV, and a closet. The hall bath is equipped with a vanity and a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV, and chest. The ensuite bathroom provides a large vanity separate from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room at the end of the hall with an iron and ironing board. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. 

Aransas Harbors Amenity Access and Important Information:

  • Pet Friendly, $95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets.

We were very happy to stay at this apartment, it was beautiful! everything in order, it all looks like new, very neat and quiet. We had everything we needed, not a thing I can say we didn't have, we enjoyed our stay.... Our children felt right at home as well, they were the happiest! Pool and spa were really clean and well maintained as well. Very happy to stayed there and ready to come back!

Condo was beautiful, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen but ice maker didn't work and needs a new frying pan. Bathrooms had enough towels (need towel hooks or racks to hang for drying). TV's in all rooms and they worked. Beds were comfortable and loved all the extra throw blankets. Closets were very spacious. Balcony overlooking the pool and very quiet condo. Didnt hear any pool noise or neighbors. I've stayed in many condos and hotels and I've now found my permanent spot. ♥️ Condo Mgmt needs to put lights on the bldg #'s so u can find at night time when you've never been there for first comers!

The unit was perfect for our small family needs. It was clean, well stocked with towels, and had a washer and dryer which was great to wash swim clothes. We would definitely stay in the unit again.

We loved the condo! It was clean, close by to all the Port A spots and beach, had all the kitchen items we needed to dine in, and the pool was perfect after a day at the beach…also the hot tub was actually hot, which was perfect!Highly recommend and would stay again!

This condo is convenient to everything, and decorated so cute! Me and two of my friends stayed there this past weekend and really enjoyed it. It is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, towels, garbage bags, etc. It had everything we needed except for laundry detergent, so if you are going to wash clothes or towels, bring some detergent. We will definitely stay there again.

Dont leave food around floors as little ants come in looking for food. People from Paradise rentals really friendly and made me feel secure. Loved this vacation in Port A. No doubt in returning in future.
