Book your next stay at this newly remodeled first floor, 2 bedroom condo in town near the Marina. The Flamingo is decorated with an oceanic theme of birds, coral, tortoise and modern touches throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite counter tops, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The adjacent dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. Two stools are at the bar for additional seating. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch that makes a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat with plush pillows and an accent chair, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wifi. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio while watching the ships pass through the channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet and TV. The hallway bath has a large granite counter top, sink and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, closet and TV. The master en-suite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3 mile drive to the beach.

Great Location and Super Nice Condo

Great condo and great location. The King Size mattress must be broken or bent because it sloped to the left and right. The middle was about 6 inches higher than sides of mattress. The living area could use a good cleaning on the couches. Kitchen could be a little more stocked with a new pitcher and perhaps some spices. Would definitely stay here again and the cart was awesome!

Really Great Place!

Overall

We were in town for a weekend and mostly just needed a place to sleep. The unit we stayed in was new and very clean. The location was good, the area was quiet, and communication with property managers was mostly good. The only problem we had was that there were no sheets for the sofa bed. We notified management after the first night, but never did get a response. We used extra blankets on the sofa bed and survived the weekend just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy new furnishings and cool decor. Loved the flamingo! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Great location by the harbor. It was very cool to watch the ships go by. Shopping and restaurants were close by. Perfect for a golf cart. We really enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing by the pool. What a great time. Can't wait to go back.

This is our third stay in the Flamingo and we love it. Has everything we needed and is all brand new. Great location just off the ferry, close to shopping and the marina. Boat dock two minutes away. We enjoyed watching the ships go by in the channel when we were chillin on the patio. We will be back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this fresh and beautifully decorated condo. The location was great as well as the amenities. We loved watching the large ships passing through the channel from the living room. There was plenty of room for our group and the kids commented on how comfortable the sleeper sofa was! Fully stocked kitchen made meals a breeze. The owners have put a lot of love into this coastal retreat and it shows! We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome condo our girls trip. Very spacious and full of cool beach decor and new furniture. Loved the flamingo in the living room. Really liked being on the first floor and all the grass and open spaces out back. Great location by the harbor.The hot tub was perfect. I will definately be back this summer with the family.
