AH-F221:Remodeled Second Floor Condo, Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Close To Marina

Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled second-floor condo. The open living area has a plush overstuffed couch (converts to sleeper sofa) and loveseat with bright throw pillows, made for lounging and watching TV. The adjacent dining area has seating for four, with two chairs and a bench to enjoy meals or games. There are three stools at the bar for additional seating. The full kitchen will meet your culinary needs with spacious granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony in the Bay breeze with a view of the pool and hot tub area. The guest room (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. This room has a sliding door for privacy from the living room. Venture to the master bedroom (BR2) which has a King bed, nightstands, TV, and chest for your beach attire. The shared bathroom is at the end of the hall with double vanities and a separate tub/shower area, perfect for more than one getting ready at once. The full-size washer and dryer are neatly tucked inside a closet in the bathroom. The master bedroom has a private access to the bathroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

The unit was very nice and close to restaurants and Robert's Park we had a minor problem with the ice maker which was quickly fixed. Already planning on returning next year.

The condo we rented was updated with modern flooring and the layout was perfect for our trip. Close to everything. I would have given 5 stars but we had two hiccups: 1) Check in was delayed even after visiting the office in person to give my ID. Should have been able to get in sooner. I had to call to get in instead of getting a text 2) we did not have wash cloths in our condo. I asked for them twice before I received them after hours by calling the emergency line. Communication gaps make a big difference on overall satisfaction.

This condo was perfect for our family of four (two young children)! The bathroom with double vanities provided ample space for all of us (and included a full-size washer and dryer), large closets allowed us to store our bags away (and comfortably fit a pack-n-play), and there was plenty of seating room for everyone in the common spaces. The condo is right in town with quick access to many amenities for children. It's an easy walk down to the harbor, public park with an awesome playground, pirate ship cruise, nature preserve, and several restaurants. The condo unit itself is in the ideal location within the complex, directly across from the pool (which is in clear view of the balcony) so that you can quickly go back and forth as needed. This condo is perfect for young families as the decor and furniture are kid-friendly! We appreciated the plastic plates, cups, bowls, and utensils stocked in the kitchen for our kids to use. We loved our stay and will be back!

Way better than a motel

I usually stay down the street at a motel but, decided to look around. This cost significantly less than the motel. We needed accommodations for two couples.The place was big enough for us and allowed us to save more money by cooking and saving leftovers from eating out. It's a full size apartment with a balcony. The master bedroom has a king and the other has a queen. The apartment looks new. Everything was fresh and clean. The mattresses are comfortable. We're allowed two vehicles. The location is perfect for Port A. Easy to get to places and easy to find it upon return. Great place.

Everything was great with communication,nice accommodation ,only draw back was lack of a proper bathroom door. The sliding farm door was not a great choice for the bathroom Other than very nice decor.
