AH-F220: Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo, Pet Friendly, Shared Pool and Hot Tub
 

This newly remodeled second-floor condo is located in the back of the complex, across from the shared pool/hot tub area. The entrance to this condo is on the front side of the building. The open living room has seating for guests with a comfy sofa, 2 chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The balcony is right off the living area, enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the ships sail by through the CC ship channel.
The modern kitchen is perfect for practicing your cooking skills with new stainless-steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils. There is spacious granite counter space and a bar area for dining and entertaining with seating for 3 at the bar. The dining area is open to the living area and has a beautiful table with seating for 4 at the table. The guest room (BR1) has a queen bed and TV. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, nightstand, chest, and TV. The shared bathroom has double vanities and a tub/shower combination.
The washer/dryer is tucked neatly in a closet in this bathroom which can be accessed by both the living room and the master bedroom.
The Marina and Ferry are within walking distance to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are 0.5 miles away and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.

Perfect location across from pool. Was exactly as pictured on website! Wish there had been outdoor furniture to enjoy the balcony but e everything else was perfect! Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful condo! This unit looks like it's brand new construction. The décor is welcoming and the unit was clean and quiet. The air condition worked flawless in the hottest of summer days. Its a short drive to restaurants and the beach. It has a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave- but we just eat out when we're on vacation. My family and I had a great time. We'll definitely try to stay here again.

Very nice. However we will need to stay in lower level apartment. Also we need 2 bathrooms along with 2 bedrooms. We found the residents & visitors extremely friendly. Hope to return soon.
