Book your next getaway in this newly remodeled first floor condo which sits directly across from the shared pool, hot tub and grilling area. The open concept is great for gathering and entertaining with a calming beach inspired decor carried throughout the home. The living area has plush seating with pillows made for relaxing consisting of a couch, loveseat, TV, cable and Wifi. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for 6, perfect for enjoying fresh cooked meals or playing games. The galley style kitchen has plenty of room for prepping on the granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the patio in the Bay breeze. The guest room (BR1) has a Twin over Full bunk bed, TV, closet and accent chair. Down the hall, the master bedroom (BR2) has a King size bed, nightstand, chest to hold your beach attire, TV, closet and accent chair for curling up and reading a book. The shared bathroom has access from both the end of the hall and the master bedroom. The double vanity is separate from the tub/shower so more than one can get ready at the same time. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet inside the bathroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3 mile drive to the beach.

It was the perfect size for our crew! It was super cute and close to everything. Great location. We had a tv issue and they fixed it within 20 minutes! Thanks for the great time. We will be back!

The Condo exceeded our expectations. It was by far the best condo that we have stayed in over the last 5 years. It was spacious, beds were comfortable, the decorations were adorable and it had all the amenities we could ask for. The pool and grilling area were very nice. We had access to the ferry and town and quick access to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

What a great place to stay while on vacation! The condo has such a relaxing, beachy vibe. We spent some time at the pool, which was conveniently located directly across the parking lot. We chose to stay in and cook rather than battle the long wait times in the restaurants. The kitchen included a great assortment of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and the updated appliances are a plus! Overall, we enjoyed the inviting atmosphere and will definitely stay in this condo again and again!

This condo was beyond comfortable and cute. Its so clean and had everything we needed. I always pack a small tub to take of things I might need. Wasn't needed here. If I could give 10 stars I would. The TV in living room is HUGE and we loved watching football on it. It was exactly what we needed.

I cant put into enough words how much we enjoyed our stay here. I always take a small tub of things I think I might need. Everything we needed was there and so much more. It's roomy, comfortable and decorated soooo cute. The check in process was very easy. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The Condo was wonderful from start to finish. Had no issues checking in and out. The condo had anything you could possibly need for a either or short weekend get away or a week long stay. All of the furniture was very comfy. Condo is a quick 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach or any of the stores and restaurants in the area. we didn't rent through the leasing office but golf carts are available to rent. WiFi and smart TV were easy to connect too. Condo is located right near the pool and grill area. Our group would definitely come back to the this place.

I would give a 10 Star rating if I could, this place is amazing! The condo is welcoming and attractive, feels like walking into a friend’s home. The décor is refreshing and uplifting, I was happy to just sit and soak in the inviting atmosphere. Our family appreciated the kitchen with high-end appliances including the superior pots and pans. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend to everyone! I can’t wait to book again in the future!

We had a wonderful time in E 117! The place was clean, comfortable and close to everything. It was so nice to get away after being locked down the last year. There were plenty of linens, excellent A/C to relax in after many warm hours on the beach. We're definitely coming back as Port Aransas has become our favorite spot!
