Our Happy Place is a Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo, Near the Community Pool, Hot Tub, Grill area, and Marina

Book your next stay at this newly remodeled second-floor condo near the shared pool and hot tub area. The living area consists of a beautiful new reclining sofa with a matching loveseat. Perfect for napping, or watching TV. The adjacent dining area is made up of a large table with seating for 6 to enjoy freshly cooked meals or a friendly game of cards and an additional two barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of granite counter space for prepping, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for your culinary needs. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the ocean breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Twin bed, Twin over Full bunk bed, closet, and TV. The hallway bathroom is comprised of a granite vanity and a tub/shower. Relax in the spacious master bedroom (BR2) outfitted with a king-size bed, TV, nightstand, closet, and corner chair for curling up and reading a book. The ensuite bathroom holds a tub/shower, separate from the vanity area. Neatly tucked away at the end of the hallway is the full-size washer and dryer, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Super cute, clean unit about 1.2 miles from the beach. It's located in the back of the property so it's tranquil. Pool is directly across the front door. Unit kitchen is well stocked. Living room is comfortable. We will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and easy access to everything. Close to the ferry, gas station, San Juan's which we ate for breakfast everyday (cheap too) and the Beach Buggies golf cart we rented. The grocery store and shops are all close and the beach is a little over a mile down the street. We will be back a we will rent here again!!

Very clean, updated condo. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook at the house, which made us feel right at home. Enjoyed the movie collection and board games that were available! Would stay there time and time again!

This condo has been newly remodeled from top to bottom with lots of space. It’s in a perfect location giving easy access to the grocery store, beach and local restaurants. Even though it is close to everything we needed it was still quiet and most relaxing. It’s a good choice for a couple, a couple of friends or a small family! It has everything you need.
