The Shipyard is a newly remodeled 2nd story condo with a Nautical & Beachscape theme and a color pallet of ocean and sand throughout. Upon entering the large living area is a tan couch, blue metal frame futon couch and green accent arm chair. All have plush, overstuffed pillows. The futon doubles as a sleeper. There is ample room for watching the wall mounted TV with cable or just relaxing. Prepare meals in the open kitchen with spacious granite countertops, crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, regular coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven also stocked with dishes, basic cookware and utensils for your culinary needs. The adjacent, round dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a fun game of cards. There is additional seating for two at the bar. Take pleasure in sipping your morning coffee while sitting on the private balcony which faces the ship channel. The guest room (BR1) is in shades of blue and green is furnished with a Twin over Full bunk bed, Twin daybed with a Twin pull out trundle, a nightstand, wall mounted TV, hooks on the wall for lightweight jackets and/or bags and a closet for hang up clothes. The full hall bathroom has a large vanity with plenty of space for your toiletries and a tub/shower. For your convenience, the laundry room is located at the end of the hall with a full size washer, dryer and cabinet space for your detergent and cleaners. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR2), decorated in shades of green and tan, comprised of a King size bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower which is separated from the expansive vanity so more than one person can use the area at once. There is a private secondary access to the laundry room from the master bathroom.

Overall

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aransas Harbors, and it was perfect for a vacation to the beach with 3 teens. The home was gorgeous and extremely tidy. It was perfectly located, well stocked (except salt), and check in and check out procedures were very easy. Communication was professional and helpful. I highly recommend, and we'll be booking again.

We really enjoyed are stay in C 209. It was a great condo with comfort in all areas. We loved it with exception of the toilet in the master bath. It's position was very close to the wall. That is the only issue which wasn't a deal breaker. We want to return next year and probably do some form of package with a golf cart as the rental we used not knowing the affiliation of your property with Life in Paradise was the ONLY unpleasant part of the trip. Feel free to reach out to me with any availability or specials.

My family and I had an amazing time in Port Aransas and our condo was beautifully decorated and we loved it. This was our first time in Port Aransas and we will definitely be back. We truly felt like this was our home away from home. The a/c was nice and cold, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you needed. The entire process from booking it, to checking in, then checking out. All so easy. Thank you!! We can’t wait to come back!

Overall

We loved our rental! And found it to be well located. It was close to stores and restaurants. A short drive in the golf cart to the beach, the jetty, and the fishing pier. I will definitely be calling Life in Paradise for our next family stay in Port Aransas.

The place was very beautiful in the decorations and very clean. All rooms had TV's bigger than we have at our house! Location was perfect as you are in town and close to everything. Cannot wait to stay there again.

This condo was excellent for our family. We typically stay on the other side of the island, but we realized this was much better as it's so much quieter! No noisy party goers scooting by on golf carts all over the place. The condo space itself was immaculate and cozy. I melted into the master bedroom mattress. The girls love the bunk beds and the living room easily had us all lounging together in the evening. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner with the available pots and utensils. The only thing that would have been nice would be to have some salt and coffee filters. We left some filters behind, but neither of these affected our stay here. We intend to stay at this location again.

I have no complaints. I had a family of six everyone had a place to sleep very comfortable very spacious. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils you can think of we were able to make margaritas and all. We were welcomed by staff and assistant very friendly and very helpful we were able to swim or in walking distance of everything great location could see the beach. This was a birthday gift for my mother and she loved every bite of it.. we thank y'all and we'll be back...

Last Minute Retreat

Wife and I needed to get away for a couple days on a whim. We found The Shipyard available, affordable, and perfect for this. The hot tub was hot and relaxing. The location was perfectly located and just minutes from marina/boat ramp, beach, restaurants, and shopping. Only negative was that the parking lot was a tight fit for bringing a boat. But the complex was not very full fortunately in October.
