This newly remodeled first-floor condo is within walking distance to the shared grilling area, pool and hot tub. The large open living area offers a couch and two futons that make into sofa sleepers, perfect for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV. The adjacent dining table provides seating for six to enjoy meals or games. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, stand mixer, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while sitting in the Bay breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a King size bed, nightstand, dresser and wall-mounted TV. The hallway guest bath is made up of a tub/shower with a glass door enclosure. At the end of the hall sits the master bedroom (BR2) consisting of a King size bed, nightstands, a dresser and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bath holds a tiled shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a closet in the hallway for use during your stay. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Cozy Condo

This condo was very cozy. It was nice and clean. It had everything we needed to cook. It has two futon sofas in addition to a regular sofa so there was plenty of room for my family to relax and wind down. Also we did go to the pool onsite. The pool was a good size and very clean. We will definitely going back to stay!
