This  remodeled first-floor condo is within walking distance of the shared grilling area, pool, and hot tub. The large open living area offers a couch that turns into a sofa sleeper, perfect for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV. The adjacent dining table provides seating for six to enjoy meals or games. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a stand mixer, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while sitting in the Bay breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a King-size bed, nightstand, dresser, and wall-mounted TV. The hallway guest bath is made up of a tub/shower with a glass door enclosure. At the end of the hall sits the master bedroom (BR2) consisting of a King-size bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bath holds a tiled shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a closet in the hallway for use during your stay. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

  • Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish
  • Pet friendly -$95 fee per pet limit 2 pets
  • Golf cart Accessible - Property is within the golf cart friendly zone
  • Parking for 2 vehicles. A golf cart rental will use a space. 
  • Beach Gear Credit- With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
  • WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your visit is peaceful, you may encounter sights and sounds of building, projects or community improvements during your stay. I wasn't sure what to expect because it was the first time coming to Port A in many years. Went back and forth on being closer to the beach or not. This location actually worked very well! Very easy to get to and easy to get to shopping, eating and the beach! We did not get a golf cart but I would recommend it if you don't like sand in your car. The condo was clean and ready for us. I would stay here again!

We have had a great experience with Life In Paradise over the last three years we have stayed at the Aransas Harbors complex in Port Aransas. All questions we asked were answered and they always encouraged us to call if we had any problems or questions. Our unit was clean and well maintained. When we wanted to extend our stay last year they helped make that possible. We highly recommend them for any stay in the Port A area.

Our place was comfortable. We loved Aransas Harbor. Great Pickleball courts. Swimming pool not heated but jacuzzi very warm so could go from cold pool to hot jacuzzi. People very friendly and nice area to cook out. We appreciate Life in Paradise as they always respond and send help even if it’s a little issue

This condo was very cozy. It was nice and clean. It had everything we needed to cook. It has two futon sofas in addition to a regular sofa so there was plenty of room for my family to relax and wind down. Also we did go to the pool onsite. The pool was a good size and very clean. We will definitely going back to stay!
