This ground floor condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated with an Island Theme throughout. It is open, spacious and overlooks the shared pool/hot tub. Within walking distance to the Scenic Port A Marina and the Ferry Landing, 0.5 miles to shops, restaurants and bars and 1.3 mile to the beach.
The large living room has ample seating for guests with a love seat, reclining sofa and over-sized reclining chair, TV, Cable and Wifi. The adjacent dining area has a table and bench seating for 6. The galley style kitchen is accommodating for all cooks with new stainless steel appliances, large fridge with ice maker, granite counter space for prepping, furnished with basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio with view of the shared pool and hot tub. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Twin size bed with pull out trundle, TV, closet and chest. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstand, TV and accent chair. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The condo was decorated so pretty. It was cozy and comfy. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We have stayed at Aransas Harbors over the years before the devastating storm. Overall

Staying at this unit was very good. It exceeded our expectations and other than a couple little minor glitches, everything was taken care of very fast. Loved the aspect of contactless check in and check out. Unit was clean and well stocked and a very decent bargain for what was offered.. I will keep life in paradise on the top of my list when looking for future rentals.

Very Nice Home Away Home

Overall

There was a few things that weren’t provided and we did have to request for washcloths and we did see some bug activity which is a given at the beach but other then that it was home away. Great tv service, pool was beautiful and clean, condo was clean, beds were comfortable, community was well kept, management company was very responsive when we call to get washcloths and it’s located in a quiet area but close to all that Port A has to offer. We will be back!
