 Newly Remodeled, First Floor Condo, Shared Pool, 4 Seat Golf Cart Included
HipNautic is a newly remodeled, ground-floor condo that has an open floor plan overlooking the shared pool/hot tub. Entertain in the open living room with a large sectional, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 6. Practice your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee off of the back patio which has a view of the shared pool and grilling area. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Twin over Full bunk bed, an additional Twin bed, and a TV. The guest hall bathroom has a tub/shower. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is at the end of the hall. The master bedroom (BR2) is at the end of the hallway. It has a King-size bed, chest for your beach attire, TV, nightstands, and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. The bathroom has private access to the laundry room. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.  The property comes with a free 4-seater golf cart for you to use during your stay!

We loved our stay! The condo was cute, clean, and came with everything we needed. The location was perfect- close to the beautiful onsite pool and a nice little drive to the beach with the included golf cart! Can't wait to come back!

Excellent location... great condo with the cart included with your stay.. the only thing is that the blinds on the slide door needs to be replaced because it doesn't give u much privacy inside when u have people walk by ur unit and also the fan in the master bedroom was not working.. definitely needs to get fixed!! Otherwise I would love that place, I recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was so easy! Location was prime, close to shops and beach! The golf cart was ready to go when we arrived! The condo was beautiful and spotless!! Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep! There were plenty of towels and even extra bed linens! TVs in both bedrooms and in the living area kept everyone entertained when we weren’t at the beach. Pool was wonderful! Our stay was amazing, thank you, Life in Paradise!

Great unit! Very cute and comfy.The location was easy to access and still close to the pool. We love that the floor plan has an open feel. Renting a unit that includes a golf cart is the way to go for us We will be looking at this unit again in the future.

Only minor issue was bathroom tub and both bathroom sinks did not have stoppers. Issue you may not have any ability to improve was mosquitoes were awful so could not use pool area and it was no fun taking the dog out! Maybe you and the Aransas Harbors folks could address this. Condo was well stocked, pet friendly, clean and the beds were comfortable. It was our second time to stay in this unit and would highly recommend it.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was an easy walk to the marina where we often saw dolphins. The gulf is 1.3 miles which made a great morning walk. It is also near a gym and the community pool which holds classes and has lap swimming. The association is well maintained. Everyone we interacted with from Life In Paradise was helpful and friendly. We would recommend getting a golf cart as it is a great way to get around.

This townhome was modern, clean, with nice comfy furnishings including the beds. I'm extremely critial and this one met all my expectations. Book this unit and you won't be sorry. It even comes with a cute little golf cart for sprinting around the city in. We would definitely book this home again.

Very lovely condo. Was equipped with everything we needed, from dishes, pans, coffee maker, and plenty of towels for bathing. With the great washer and drier there, we were able to leave everything as clean as we got them. The golf cart that was available to us was a plus; the children had a blast as well as adults. Couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation.

We had a GREAT time! The house was perfect for what we needed. SO nice to have a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Absolutely wonderful stay. We loved having a condo on the first floor. It definitely made hauling all of our stuff in at the end of day much easier. The beds were extremely comfortable especially the king bed. We wanted to take the mattress home. Perfect location. Absolutely loved everything about this condo! Can't wait to come back!

These photos do not do it justice. This place was amazing. It is close to the pool, had everything we needed, beautiful, and a short drive to the beach. We always look for places to stay on the beach but realized this was much better since we always rent a golf cart and like to cruise around Port A at night. Thus, this is much better since you are right in town and close to everything you need. We were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and responsive. You will not go wrong with this place. We were very pleased.
