AH-A102: Newly Remodeled, First Floor Condo, Faces Shared Pool and Pets Welcome

 

Newly remodeled first floor 2-bedroom 2 bath condo beautifully decorated in calming ocean hues of blue & turquoise.
The living, dining, and kitchen area is an open concept design, the living area has two leather reclining chairs, a sofa sleeper, end tables, lamps, a large TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. A Glass sliding door leads out to the patio, that faces the pool area.
The dining table has seating for two, with two additional barstools at the bar. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and both a regular drip and a Keurig-style coffee maker.
BD1) is to your left of the hallway, it has a queen-sized bed, a small desk with a chair, lamps, and an end table. Down the hall to the left is a full-size bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. BD2) is the master bedroom it has a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a reading chair, and a TV with Wi-Fi and cable, for your convivence the full-size ensuite bath has a tiled walk-in shower and a granite double sink.
At the end of the hallway is a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
This condo is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, Roberts Point Park, and the City Marina.

The condo is conveniently located very near the beach and things to do in Port Aransas (harbor park, birding center, UT Marine Science, restaurants etc). The condo was spacious and well appointed - beds were very comfortable, kitchen & baths remodeled, and set up to relax after the beach, work remotely or spend time! My family had an excellent stay!!

Beautiful condo with GREAT location. First floor with parking out front made husband happy and pool right outside back door made everyone else happy. Just a couple housekeeping bits, unable to clean skillets due to ack of scrubber sponge, kitchen trash bags were too small for can. Appreciated the TV trays but the broken one should probably have been removed prior to our check in. Looking forward to rebooking for next year!

We love these properties, this was our second time here because it is well prices, comfortable and clean!! These properties provide everything we need to have a worry free weekend! The location is great, very walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. You can walk to the beach too if you want to just take a stroll but its less than 5 min drive. We will be coming back!!

My husband and I loved this first floor condo in port A! The inside was remodeled beautifully and the location was close to town and the beach. We also loved the patio leading out to the pool and the grounds were very quiet. The staff at life in paradise were super friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

We had stayed at a small cabin near Kerrville TX in January. When we walked into the Aransas Harbors home, it was great throughout. AH 102 had all the amenities we wanted or needed. When we had problems, help was a phone call away and the problems were dealt with promptly. The issues we had were mostly a lack of our understanding of the systems - thermostat and safety systems - which were updated more than we had been used to. We had a very pleasant stay in Port Aransas and plan to be back next year.

Such a cute comfortable condo! Very clean and well stocked. We only used the master bedroom which had a very comfortable bed.
