Avenue Sea is an idyllic getaway for up to twelve people. This luxurious beach home features the perfect combination of style and comfort with four bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms. You will appreciate the attention to detail and the exceptional amenities of this unique rental home.
Boasting a game room on the 2nd floor with a full-size bath, with a walk-in tiled shower. There are plenty of board games for the entire group, as well as a sectional sofa that also serves as a queen-size sleeper. A small deck to sit out on and enjoy the night stars as well.
Back down on the first level, you will find all the main living spaces of the home.
The very well-lit kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, that does both hot and iced coffee, a toaster, a gas stove, and plenty of counter space. The dining table will seat eight, with four chairs and a bench seat, and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar with four barstools. The living area has a sectional that is absolutely perfect for gathering with the family and watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or curling up and reading a book by the magnificent window wall.
All four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Retreat into the master bedroom, where you will find a king bed, a TV with Wi-Fi, an ensuite full bathroom with double vanities, and a tile walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.
Additionally, there are three other bedrooms; BR2) has a king bed, and a TV with Wi-Fi, BR3) has a queen bed, and BR4) has two twins over twin bunks.
The spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is perfect for your stay.
Enjoy the spectacular views from the oversized patio/deck, and take advantage of the wireless internet access. When ready to cook up today's catch, there is a Blackstone flat-top propane grill in the backyard area, along with a picnic table, and for those smores a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs to relax in and count those coastal stars.
This home is conveniently located in the heart of Port Aransas with a short walk to the beach or shops.

This is our second stay in Avenue Sea because we enjoyed it so much the first time. This house has a lot to offer with multiple rooms, a large living area, fantastic parking (not a lot of PA homes have good parking), and a nice new interior. I'm sure we will stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 9. The outdoor gaming area provided for a secondary option for the kids to enjoy themselves. The upstairs game area was also lots of fun for them. Plenty of space, in the home. We go yearly for a family reunion and we always use life in paradise. Never disappoints!

This house is great for 12 people. Everyone was comfortable, great patio to visit and there seemed to be plenty of room so nobody was on top of each other. Keypad entry was convenient, no worry about keys. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was great! A few things to mention for improvement, add a few dishcloths and spray for kitchen counters, advise guest where to find the golf cart key, let them know if ice maker is not setup and let them know the fire pit is not propane so make time to start the fire. We would definitely stay again and now know what to expect or exactly what to bring as far as extras. Over all great trip and enjoyed reading the book on the demolition and rebuild of the house! One other idea would be to put a heavy duty floor fan downstairs so the air circulates while you enjoy the great space at the picnic table while grilling!! Great area!!! Thank you for the stay!!!!!

We had a group of 6 adults and 6 kiddos between 2 and 10 years old. There was plenty of room for all of us in the roomy, comfortable bedrooms, and we thoroughly enjoyed the open floor plan for the spacious kitchen, dining room, living room area. The grouping of palm trees outside the large living room window made for a beautiful, calming view for a fun beach get-away. The kids and kids at heart liked the game room upstairs. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and wonderful (perfect for us, the grandparents in the group), and the rain shower head was a special treat. We enjoyed the golf cart which was included in the rental. Shelia was beyond helpful and accommodating when we thought we'd lost a set of Apple Airpods. She searched and then the housekeepers searched. Finally, they turned up at home in one of the many bags it takes to transport, clothe and feed 12 people for 3 days. We hope you will love this newly renovated home as much as we did.

We recently stayed at the new Avenue Sea and enjoyed the house immensely. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking utensils/pots/pans and even a Blackstone. We had plenty of space for all 10 of us to relax without ever feeling like we were in each others way. The home is on a quiet street and neighbors not on top of each other like some houses in the area. Our families have gotten very picky about where we stay each year we come to Port A and this home met all of our expectations. Thank you for sharing your newly renovated space.

Came with the family to spend some quality time together. The house was really beautiful in and out. The washer and dryer made it easy for us to not run out of clothing if we ever got dirty at the beach. The golf cart helped us travel around the town with no worries, and it already came with a beach parking pass, so we didn't have to worry about that at all. The kids enjoyed their stay, and the wife was definitely happy. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Loved this house from day one. Check-in process was super simple, and the rooms were very clean and neatly prepared for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with (make sure to bring your own spices, though), and the golf cart that came with the property was really nice too. We drove around Port A a couple of times to eat out, and it was definitely a fun experience, especially at night. Would definitely recommend it.

Booked this place as quickly as I could, very beautiful home with nice decor to go with it. Our stay was as comfortable as it could be, and the golf cart that came included with it was wonderful. We loved going out to eat at the local restaurants, and the beach itself was very lovely to cruise around in. Can't wait to come back!

The Bachelor party for our best friend had great nights here at this property. Drove around the golf cart that came with the property and it was certainly a lot of fun, especially on the beach. The house itself was great and the beds were comfortable. Coming back for any future events we may have.
