Brand new home on stilts in a central location of town with ample parking for your truck/trailer/boat. Up the side stairs to the front of the home, you will see the outdoor seating on the balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Upon entering this home you will see the open living area with a couch, TV, Wifi, cable and 2 accent chairs. The dining table has seating for 6 and additional 2 stools at the bar. The full kitchen will meet your cooking needs with spacious countertops, white appliances, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. The bunk room (BR1) has 2 sets of Twin bunk beds. The guest room (BR2) has a Queen bed and shares a hall bath with the bunk room with a shower/tub unit. The master bedroom (BR3) has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub unit. Bring your family and the boat and come enjoy everything Port A has to offer.

Perfect Location within Port A

Overall

The house was perfect for our long weekend in Port A. There were four of us with plenty of space in the Redfish House. The kitchen had pretty much all that we needed. I would recommend bringing bug spray if you sit outside on the porch. Great house to rent if you need store a boat.

Enjoyed our stay. House was close to many great restaurants and shops. It was a trek to the beach only because we wanted to be on the beach where you could drive all the way up to it. House was clean and very nice.

Just two things to note. (1) None of the outdoor porch chairs are comfortable to sit in, and same goes for the dining room chairs, which are also rickety besides not being very comfortable. Sofa and upholstered chairs are great. (2) The entry door threshold needs to have a toe board installed because several of us caught the toe of our shoes on the overhanging metal threshold and could have tripped and fallen into the house. Otherwise, this is a roomy and comfortable place with a great location in town.

Great getaway

Our family went for getaway between Christmas and New Years. The location is great and the house was very clean. We were able to watch the city fireworks show from the balcony. It was so much fun. It’s just a short drive to the beach and we had the best time. The check in and check out we’re so easy and they made sure everything was as it said in the listing. We had a great time.

Great rental unit. We enjoyed our stay. Porch was great, kitchen supplies were a bit sparse for an 8 person unit. As a group of adults only, we found that casual seating was lacking as well but these were the only negatives. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean, wifi was great and unit is fairly close to beach

This house is beautiful inside and out! It is so nicely decorated and has everything you need for your stay. It's right in the middle of where the action is on the Island. You're close to the restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. Looking to coming back with the whole family and renting all 3 of your places!!!
