The delightfully decorated Barking Shark Beach Home is conveniently located in the Banyan Beach area. This four-bedroom, four-bath home has everything you need, including a golf cart and a private pool.
The fantastic first floor of the home has two bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry room.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, a small refrigerator, a small wine fridge, a regular drip coffee maker, and a microwave. BD1) The bunk room on the left of the hall has two sets of twin bunk beds, plenty of built-in storage space, and a TV with an XBOX. BA1) The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower, a vanity with a sink, and a door that leads to the outside.
BD2) Across the large hallway is a guest room with a king bed, a closet, and a smart TV. BA2) The ensuite full bath has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with dual sinks.
Step out into the alluring backyard. This is where everyone will want to gather after coming in from a day at the beach. Cool off in the private pool, cook up some dinner on the charcoal grill, and eat out under the pergola at the table that seats six. Plenty of other chairs around the pool to relax in.
The appealing second level offers an exceptional open living space that has tons of natural lighting and is tastefully decorated. It has two more bedrooms, two baths, and the main living area.
The dining area has an ample table with seating for eight with additional seating for five at the kitchen island.
The kitchen has sleek stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and both a regular drip and Keurig-style coffee maker.
The living area has a smooth leather-like sofa that reclines with a love seat and a chair to match and a large flat-screen smart TV.
The doors lead to the outside deck area, where you can sit out and enjoy the Port A sunshine.
BA3) Down the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a vanity with a sink. BD3) Next on the left is another guest room, complete with a queen bed, a closet, a chest, and a smart TV.
BD4) The master is at the end of the hall. It has a king bed, a chest, a closet, and a private exit to a deck that overlooks the pool below. BA4) The ensuite master bath has a tiled walk-in shower, and a vanity with dual sinks.

We absolutely loved our stay at Barking Shark property. The house had lots of space, was clean, and the beds were probably the most comfortable beds we’ve had in all of the rentals we have stayed in over the years. The pool was an amazing amenity that I don’t think we’ll ever go without again. It was nice to have that option when the little kids had enough of the beach. Proximity to beach was awesome as well as overall location . The included golf cart was nice! We didn’t have to have that added thing to mess with for arrival or departure. This will be the first place we check for availability in the future!

We have rented this house for the last 2 years . The house is beautiful and had been well maintained . We have 4 small children and the back yard and pool worked perfectly for us. We will come again next year.

The only issue I have is the outdoor grill needs to be updated. House was very clean and location was perfect.

This was a very nice rental home and we would definitely stay here again. It was great for families with children, as it had a spacious living area with comfortable leather reclining sofas. The kitchen had a large island with lots of seating and a nice dining table area for games. Our grandson loved the bunk room and it was convenient that there was a bedroom right across the hall for parents. The pool area was also spacious and water temp was perfect. We loved that there was a golf cart included, and it was waiting for us upon our arrival. The rental was nicely appointed and had everything we needed.

We stayed at the Barking Shark in September with our extended family. We had plenty of room and accommodations were excellent. We had 7 adults and no one even turned on one tv! Staff at Life in Paradise was very helpful.

We loved our stay at 628 Banyan Beach, the house matched the pictures we saw online and it was a great place to stay! The private pool was wonderful and having the golf cart was the perfect addition. My only complaint was that we requested our pool have the sand vacuumed out of the bottom and while we were told it would get done, it didn't. Still, it was overall a great house and we would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at this property for the second time and it's been a great experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect as it is close to the beach access, restaurants, and shops. The backyard is amazing, with a beautiful pool and a fence that provides privacy. The golf cart and beach gear are also very convenient and helpful. We hope that the owners continue to maintain the rental to keep it in its current state. We can see ourselves returning to this property every year with our family.

Really impressed overall with how smoothly our vacation went. Had a wonderful time and came with everything we needed to just relax for the few days we were down. The golf cart made it easy to travel from our property to the beach and in town as well. Even if we had any troubles during our stay, the management team at Life in Paradise were quick to help us with any hiccups throughout our stay. Would love to come back down again.

Booked this house as a quick getaway with my family. The place was super clean and the furnishings were comfortable too! Gotta say that the best part has to be the golf cart that came with it. Great value overall, especially if you're trying to book it for the private pool. Can't wait to come back to Port Aransas!

Rented out this property for us guys, and I gotta say it was a pretty good choice. It wasn't that far from the beach, and the buggie they gave us definitely helped out with travelling to and from the beach to our property. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a getaway with the boys, or even family I guess. The pool was refreshing and helped so much with that summer heat.

I wanted to give my parents a stay that they wouldn't forget, and Barking Shark definitely didn't disappoint. Loved every moment of our stay, and the fact that it came with a washer and dryer was so helpful during our stay. The six seater golf cart they provide you with is very comfortable, and fun to ride around with, especially since it comes with a windshield. God the amount of sand that we tracked was insane. My parents loved it, and so did my other siblings too.Didn't really care much about the communal pool, but the good thing is that it also comes with a private pool, so we were able to spend time together in privacy at home. Our parents loved every second of it, and they can't wait to come back to Port A again soon. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great family time!!!
