This is a roomy 2 story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, ample parking space and a large back deck for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The bottom level has a living area with a couch, TV, board games, microwave, and day bed. The bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, and a Twin over Twin Bunk. The upper level can be accessed by both inside and outside stairwells. There is a full kitchen for you cooking needs, dining table with 5 chairs and a long bench and living area with a couch, 2 accent chairs, TV, cable and Wifi for entertaining. There is outdoor seating on the upper balcony and below on ground level. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. Guest room 2 (BR2) has 2 brand new Queen sized beds. Guest room 3 (BR3) has a Queen bed and closet for your beach attire. Both guest rooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub unit. The Master bedroom has a King bed, TV, closet and an en-suite bathroom with a stand alone shower.

We absolutely loved the decks. Furniture needs updating for any long stay people. Beds were great. Plenty of dishes. Steps not good for elderly.

Couple getaway with dogs

Overall

During Covid times, we needed a getaway and wanted to bring our dogs with us. We found this home and it checked all the boxes for what we were needing. The backyard and deck were accurately described but a few house descriptions were not as accurate. There was a musty, cat pee smell upon entering so we had to buy a candle to use while in the home. We didn’t have enough towels so that was an issue... the layout of the home was not described accurately. While we didn’t need the downstairs room, to access the media room, you had to go down a very very narrow spiral stair which was not described and was very scary! The living area was a bit small... but overall we had a good stay. Just wish the smell wasn’t there!!

Hola Beaches was a great getaway for our family. The house was clean and ready in time for our arrival. We enjoyed cocktails on the balcony our first night and enjoyed walks to the beach each morning. The grill was perfect for cooking the red fish we caught. We’ll be back!!

Great stay. Owner and property manager were very dedicated to cleaning the house and ensuring it was sanitized before we arrived. Minor issues were resolved quickly by property manager. Easy walk and golf cart rental ride to the beach but far enough away that we didn’t have traffic or noise. Enjoyed the balcony gas grill and dinner outside. Would definitely stay again.
