This beautifully remodeled 3-story home has custom upgrades, modern decor, numerous windows for natural lighting, and views of the Gulf and Ship Channel, which is a few blocks away by car or golf cart. All floors are accessible from the inside as well. The ground floor has a set of custom wooden Twin bunk beds in an alcove, a laundry closet with a washer and dryer in the hall, a two-car garage, large enough for a boat/trailer, and ample parking in the driveway for more vehicles. Venture upstairs to the second floor to a spacious kitchen, where an avid cook will feel at home with quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, a sizable island, a large window with a view, and is stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. There are two chairs and three stools around the island for visiting and prepping. Off of the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 6 surrounded by more windows with views of the deck and Gulf. Watch your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi while lounging on the large leather sectional, made for relaxing. Step out onto the deck to grill the day's catch on the gas grill or sip your morning coffee in the ocean breeze. This floor provides a bedroom (BR1) with a king-size bed, closet, nightstands, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of a quartz vanity and a unique tile shower with a rain head and glass wall. It can also be accessed by the hallway leading to the third-floor stairwell.
Up to the third floor are two master bedrooms. (BR2) has a King-size bed, wall-mounted TV, built-in desk and lighting, and a great area for distance learning or a home office while on vacation. The ensuite bathroom contains quartz double vanities and a tub/shower. The second master bedroom (BR3) has a King-size bed, wall-mounted TV, nightstands, and a built-in desk with lighting. The ensuite bathroom is complete with quartz double vanities, a tile shower with a bench, a glass wall, and a rain head. Beside it sits the jacuzzi tub. This room has a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf. This accommodating home is just a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife by car or golf cart.

There was 7 adults, all seniors, the stairs were a bit much for us, especially when loading in and out. The accommodations fit us well, except the seating in the living room needed a couple more chairs. The sofa could be updated, has lost its firmness. Very good location, close to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Overall we enjoyed the home and would recommend it.

Location was convenient to beach n downtown. 3 singles and each had our own bedroom n bathroom. Very comfortable house with lots of amenities. Wonderful patio facing beach. Was not right on beach but you could see over the dunes.

The perfect location for our winter family get-a-way. This home provided us with all the amenities for rest, relaxation and then some. The ocean view in this quiet neighborhood was perfect and the sounds of the crashing waves offered the ideal peace and tranquility expected from the beach. The spacious kitchen was our favorite hang out in this home especially since the hubs like to cook. The aroma that filled the air from prime rib for dinner and biscuits and gravy for breakfast made us feel right at home. Our family is already looking forward to returning to Port A. Happiness is... Life in Paradise!!

The location was great but there were a number of things I would change to improve the experience.
The description for the property doesn’t reflect that there is no beach access without driving a ways to get there. If you have small children you will need to rent a cart for beach trips due to the distance.
The house had good space but throughout the home there was a need for updates and fixes. Many of the closet doors were broken and didn’t shut. The 2nd floor and 3rd floor balcony doors were broken. One blew open again and again through the middle of the nights we were there. It didn’t lock and it was rusted to a point where it didn’t shut correctly.
The bed coverings were lacking. We went out and bought blankets for the house due to this.
The kitchen was inadequately stocked. The pans and cooking sheets were rusted out. While there we purchased a coffee pot, cooking sheets and pans in order to use the kitchen.
The yard was covered thickly with stickers. After dealing with kids getting covered in them we ended up not allowing our kids to go into the yard.
There is no door key pad. We were required to pick up keys and drop off keys in a different location. This is the first time to deal with this after more than a dozen property rentals through VRBO type rentals.
All said I wouldn’t rent through this property management company again due to the items listed above.

This place would be perfect for a family with teen age or older children. It was a nightmare for us as we are 89 and there are three sets of steep, narrow stairs, plus three down into the living area with No Handrails! We had leased for a month and left after nine days. Everything we needed was there, the view was breathtaking, we loved having a garage. We really enjoyed the time we stayed, but it was too dangerous for us to stay longer.

The house was clean and spacious and slept 8 people very comfortably--you could definitely have fit some air mattresses in the big rooms! Even the bathrooms were very large. The house was well located, with a short walk to the beach and to the shops/restaurants in the center of Port A. Check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We went for spring break and even though it was cold and raining most of the weekend, we had a great comfortable stay in this house. The house is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is several balcony’s from where you can take in the awesome view of the beach. We rented a cart from this same rental company at a discount. We used the cart everywhere we went. Easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. The owners were more than professional! They were super nice and understanding considering we had originally rented another house from somewhere else and had the reservation canceled at the last minute. I called Life In Paradise and explains our situation and immediately were offered this great house at an affordable price! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. We will be back!

This house was amazing! Views of the ocean from every direction. The sunrise was gorgeous. The ship channel was fun to watch. Beach a short ride by golf cart. Close to all the stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great to cook in for a family. The management company, did a great job and was available, easy to work with. Nice place, awesome location just off the main drag enough to be somewhat secluded (especially on the 3rd floor deck) but just about a mile from the restaurants and night life. Nice big driveway with plenty of room. A few maintenance and upkeep issues I would address if this were my permanent residence, but nothing that kept us from utilizing the property to its fullest. Overall we loved this place!

This place has been the best so far in the 6 years we have been vacationing at port a. 3 married couples, 4 kids, and a single friend all had our own space when needed. Balcony is amazing view of ocean!!! Kitchen was perfect and we cooked lots of big dinners for us all!!!! Garage was huge! I didn't want to leave!!!! Already wanting to book again!!! Cheers!

We spent a long holiday weekend at the property. Very much enjoyed the house, which is located close to the beach, but in a low traffic area (AWESOME AND RARE)! The house was in good shape (not great). Microwave, garage doors and some of the external lights didn't work and the dishes/silverware needed to be washed before use.

All in all we were very happy and would stay here again. We would recommend it and enjoyed the experience!

This house was the perfect house for our family . We have been
Visiting Port A for 25 years and I have to say the this house was one if the most equipped places we have stayed. Not only did the kitchen have everything needed for a family of 7 it had plenty of towels and linens. A short walk or ride to the beach and we were set. Checking in was a breeze even though we arrived later than expected the ladies in the office were more than willing to help us 3am alittle late! We will be back without a doubt. Memorial Day weekend with the family

With last minute change of plans I needed to find weekend accomodations for our whole family of 7 adults (3 married couples). Our usual places were already booked for the holiday weekend. This was perfect and fit almost all my requests: ocean view, 3 bedrooms with king or queens beds, an alcove with bunks, two balconies with a view, close to the beach, large well equipped kitchen and dining table we could all sit at. Even had 2 masters upstairs which were perfect for my son and his expecting wife. Great BBQ grill on patio. To my surprise the kids said they liked it better than the usual condos we stay in! Only a couple little things to take care of we mentioned at checkout but not a deal breaker. Price was higher than posted, probably due to the holiday weekend. I though there was a boardwalk from the photos but it was a short drive to beach. Could get rid of a couple of overly used pieces and more toiletries. We will come back!!

We had a lovely stay at the house. The dual views of the beach and shipping channel are wonderful, and the location is perfect. The layout of the house worked very well for our family, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The built-in bunk beds downstairs were perfect for our older children, and the upstairs bathroom was luxurious. Better yet, the beds were comfortable! We will definitely return. Thank you!

Loved our stay. Lovely kitchen. Master suites were beautiful. Third floor deck was a delight. Enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and beautiful views of the gulf and shipping channel. It's just a short walk from the beach so enjoyed sunny walks on the shore and playing boccie ball on the beach. The house was clean and spacious. Great for entertaining. Especially liked having use of the attached garages.

I enjoyed my time at this property. The views are nice. The place is comfortable. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had most of the pans I need. Could use some pie plates, but we made do with cake pans. The old plastic plants in the living room smelled and need replaced. Plastic plants when they get old smell really bad.

Two huge King rooms with super huge baths on 3rd floor The one facing Gulf has balcony), one small Queen BR on 2nd floor just off kitchen, and 2 singles (bunk) on ground floor. Excellent kitchen and large 2nd floor deck facing dunes, Gulf and fishing pier. Very spacious and enjoyable.

Stayed for 7 days and Overall the vacation was fun, relaxing and enjoyable. Only issues we had or noticed which were not THAT BIG OF AN ISSUE was toilets not flushing well and upstairs bedrooms were a little on the \"warmer\" side, which bringing our own fans seems to help with. Location and view was spectacular! Very close to beach, easier to drive to beach but still within walking distance if you prefer to walk which we did in the evenings a few times. This was our second vacation with life in paradise and will continue to vacation through this company as they make it easy and stress free. Definitely recomend the house as well as this company.

Weekend Getaway

This was our 4 annual weekend getaway. The house was great because it could sleep six adults without someone having to be in a bunk bed. The house is big and roomy with great decks to watch the gulf. The cleaning crew could spend a little more time on detail but for the most part the house was clean. If you have issues with stairs this might not be your best choice. The stair going to second and third floor are very steep. The Port A motto explains it all. *A small fishing town with a drinking problem*. Maybe one day we might fish!! Love This place and will be back!!

Awesome view and beach feel

Loved the location. Great views. Very relaxing. Had everything you need down to spices and soap. The only complaint would be the lack of good AC downstairs where the bunk beds are. It got very hot for the boys and they had a hard time sleeping.

The location is nice and the layout is nice for multifamily and the decks are awsome, it could use some tlc on the outside the pics are misleading and the house at first has a stale smell it took a few days to get ride of also there is a spider and roach problem that we didnt like at first either, but the longer we stayed the less we saw them the staff is very nice and ver proffesional and will prob rent from them again overall the house is nice but not for the price a little steep

We have been renting this house for the past 4 yrs. during the winter and enjoy the view, quiet, and closeness to town for walking and rideing our bikes. Everything is there that we need. A great house for visitors comeing down to stay with you. Lots of room.
