The Horace Caldwell Pier in Port Aransas is located on Mustang Islands' IB Magee Beach Park. This 1,240-foot long pier is one of the most popular spots to fish in the area--it's also a top surfing spot. The pier is open year-round24-hours a day and is lighted at night.
There is a per-rod fee to access the pier. There is also a store located at the pier if you need to purchase bait as well as snacks and drinks.
