Discover the beauty of Mahi Bay, a stunning, pet-friendly 4 bed, 3 bath beach house.  Perfect for entertaining, minutes from restaurants, shops, and the beach, this house is sure to make an impression. Designed with style and comfort in mind, it offers a spacious open concept.  Show off your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dining table that seats 6, and additional bar seating for 5! The oasis outdoor area has it all, a private pool, charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and plenty of space for outdoor games.  And don’t forget the stunning views from the deck, where you can watch the sunset or admire the beauty of the Nature Preserve. With plenty of space and amenities to accommodate 10, Mahi Bay is the perfect place for your next beach vacation!

  • Private pool-Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime.  Services may be performed while occupied.
  • The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.
  • Charcoal grill (Please provide charcoal)
  • Deck w/ view
  • Fully equipped kitchen (drip and Keurig coffee maker, please bring coffee, filters, K-cups)
  • Washer/dryer (Laundry detergent not provided)
  • Beach towels not provided.
  • Pet friendly ($95/pet fee, max 2)
  • Parking for 5 vehicles / No parking on the street
  • Winter Texans welcome (Nov - Feb)
  • Beach gear credit available -With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
  • This property is NOT within the Port A golf cart accessible zone

Everything was great, the home is very clean and relatively new. Could use another couch in the living area. Pool was clean, a bit tight on space and in the sun from midday until late afternoon in the summer; very nice to have when you don’t want to be at the beach.

This vacation home was exactly what we needed. It had a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals together, along with a comfortable space where we could gather and play games. The pool was a great bonus—perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day out. The beach was just a short drive away, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean without any hassle. We also really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, making the whole stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect place for our getaway, and we’d happily stay here again.
