This was our second time staying at this beach house, and I really can’t say enough good things about it! We are a family of four with two kids under 4, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. My boys loved the bunk beds, and the house was so clean, comfortable, and close to everything.

One little tip if you plan to do a lot of cooking during your stay: the kitchen has the basics, but there isn’t a ton of extra cookware. We were able to make it work just fine, but if you’re someone who likes to cook a lot, you may want to bring a few of your favorite things from home.

We also definitely recommend renting a golf cart! It made getting around town and going back and forth to the pool and beach so easy, especially with little kids.

We had the best time again and will absolutely be back!

Thank you for coming back and for the wonderful review! We're so glad the house was a perfect fit for your family — bunk beds, cleanliness, and all. Thanks for the kitchen heads-up, too; it's a helpful tip for future guests who love to cook. And yes, the golf cart is a game-changer with little ones in tow! We can't wait to welcome your family back.

Staff was excellent in getting a few things fixed while we used the condo. The exercising room and equipment was top notch. Pool was beautiful and surrounding building in great shape. Beach was close and close to the nice small and friendly town of Port Aransas.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the excellent staff who quickly addressed any issues. It’s great to hear you loved the top-notch exercise room, beautiful pool, and well-maintained property. The close proximity to the beach and the charming town of Port Aransas sounds like the perfect combination. We hope to host you again soon!   -Life in Paradise Team

Spacious cabin for our family (2 adults, 1 teenager and 2 dogs). Comfortable beds and plenty of towels for our weeklong stay. A few recommendations might make for an exceptional stay for future guests: an electric lock/door code instead of a key- it was hard to get key to turn in lock; bedsheets- our king bed had queen sheets on it which kept popping off the corners of mattress- maybe ensuring cleaning crews have properly labeled linens; update or replace pans- VERY limited pans to cook a meal, there was only 1 medium sauce pan and 1 medium fry pan. Having golf cart rentals on site made things super easy!

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re so glad to hear the cabin was spacious and comfortable for your family (including the pups!) and that the beds and towels made your weeklong stay enjoyable. We appreciate your thoughtful recommendations and will pass along your suggestions about the linens and cookware to our housekeeping staff and the owners. As for the keyed entry, the doors are hurricane doors, which require a key for added safety and durability. It’s great to know the on-site golf cart rentals added convenience to your stay. We hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future!

We loved the openness and amenities of Las Mananitas Beach cottage. The access to the pool, poolside cafe, golf cart, beach chairs, and umbrellas made the trip ultra relaxing. The Sunflower Beach office staff is very responsive and offers proactive customer service and recommendations to address all of our questions. We will definitely be back!
