Wake up to the sunrise at this condo, which has breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf from the living room, deck, and also the master bedroom. You can also see the shared pool and the boardwalk below. This building is equipped with an elevator, and no stairs to climb unless you want the exercise.
This lovely place has a full kitchen with excellent appliances, pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. It also has not one but two regular drip coffee makers. The dining table has seating for six.
The living room has plenty of seating to watch TV or DVDs, with a leather couch and a love seat that reclines. This unit comes with complimentary Wi-Fi.
The laundry room is conveniently located in the hall with a full-size washer, a dryer, a small dorm-size refrigerator for extra drinks, and a rack for hanging your clothes.

We loved our condo at the Grand Caribbean! It is bigger than we thought it would be and extremely clean. Ocean views from the living room and master bedroom are stunning and the boardwalk to the beach is very convenient especially with a toddler. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought and love into their condo. The management team are very quick to respond to any questions via text which is such a nice feature to have. We will absolutely be coming back.

This condo was so comfortable and clean. This was a girls’ trip and each of us thought it was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and the balcony was perfect for watching sunrises over the ocean. We will definetly be back!

I took my parents for a 4 day getaway! They do not get out much! But this condo was absolutely perfect! The balcony was our favorite spot! This condo has everything you need! Thank you again for a wonderful week.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made the space feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights of the unit was the beautiful view from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The layout was also fantastic, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The property manager was friendly and the overall facility was well taken care of and added to the positive experience of our stay. The only recommendation I would make is adding a vacuum to the unit for guest use, which would be helpful as the broom is not always the best. Overall, we had a great experience and we would happily stay here again!

The condo was great. Perfect for us. The furniture was very comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the washer and dryer in unit. Very nice appliances that all worked perfect. Close to lots of great restaurants. It was nice to have the pool option when it was too windy at the beach.

This was the cleanest and best equipped rental we have stayed in. Will definitely be back, views and beach access are perfect. They should actually update their amenities list as we brought many items that were included but not listed. Thanks for the care and cleanliness of this property.

Condo was great. No complaints at all. Everything we needed was there. Condo was spotless. Only complaint was the access to the boardwalk was closed and wasnt made aware of that before we got there.

The Best Port A Has To Offer

Grand Caribbean has to be one of the nicest and best maintained condo developments on Mustang or North Padre islands, and G3001 is one of the best of the best. There's plenty of room, the furnishings are all modern and comfortable, the porcelain-tile flooring is all new, and the overall comfort level is supreme. There's easy access to the beach and plenty of parking as well. We love it. Have spent our last 4 winters there and hope to continue to do so as long as we can!

We all had a wonderful week in unit 3001. The view over the dunes to the beach was awesome. Everyone enjoyed the pool, and appreciated how clean everything was. A couple of things could be improved upon, but there very minor things. It would be nice to barbecue by the pool, and the air mattresses in the unit could be upgraded to cots. But I feel I must leave the rating at five stars. A fantastic place to stay
