Gone Coastal — and you’ll truly feel it the moment you arrive. This beautiful beach home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm, complete with a 6-passenger golf cart included for your entire stay.
You’ll enter on the ground level into a welcoming foyer, with stairs leading up to the main living area. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room designed for relaxing together, featuring a comfortable sofa, four oversized accent chairs, and a 65” smart TV with Wi-Fi.
Just beyond the living area is the dining space, offering a generous table with seating for six, plus two additional barstools at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from quick snacks to family feasts, complete with sleek stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a drip coffee maker.
At one end of the kitchen is a convenient half bath, while the opposite end leads to the primary bedroom (BD1). This inviting retreat features a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, closet, and a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom (BA1) includes a tiled walk-in shower, large soaking tub, and dual granite vanities. Just off the living area, step outside onto the back deck—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the pool.
On the opposite side of the living room, you’ll find access to the front deck, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening coastal breeze.
Downstairs, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms and amenities. To the left is BA2, featuring a tiled tub/shower combo and granite countertop. Nearby is BD2, offering a twin-over-queen bunk bed, built-in nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a smart TV. Across the hall is a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Next door is BD3, beautifully decorated with another twin-over-queen bunk bed, built-in nightstands and lamps, a closet, and a smart TV.
Step outside to the gated outdoor patio, where you’ll find a propane grill and a small table with seating for two—perfect for casual meals. Just beyond the gate is your private pool, surrounded by lush palm trees and tropical landscaping. Lounge poolside, relax in the shade, or enjoy snacks at the shaded table for four—this is outdoor living at its best.
Once you arrive, you may never want to leave. So go ahead—text your friends and let them know you’ve officially Gone Coastal in Port Aransas.

We've stayed at a lot of places in Port Aransas, from condos to fully contained communities. This was our favorite place to date and we'll stay here again when we return for a few reasons: 1. The location is a quick golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants, and more. You can walk too, but we were lazy. 2. The layout is great for a family with kids and/or teenagers. There's plenty of room for everyone. 3. The kitchen is so spacious and well stocked while the house has great furnishings, plenty of patios to relax on, etc. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the abundance of hoses (and shower) outside for cleaning off before entering the house. 4. The management company, Life in Paradise, was top notch. Excellent communication, amenities, and more. It was quite unexpected, yet very appreciated. I spent way too much time reviewing properties and making a decision. I'll save you time -- just book this one. You won't be disappointed.

We’re thrilled to hear you had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything from the location to the layout, kitchen, and pool! It means a lot that you appreciated the Life in Paradise team—we aim to make every stay seamless and memorable. We can’t wait to host you again!

This was our second rental from LIP and once again it was excellent. There was an issue with the house we initially selected and Laney went the extra mile to move us into a different property at the last minute; she really went above and beyond to see that we were happy and settled in. Gone Coastal is welcoming, quiet, and a perfect place to relax in Port Aransas. Great location and we loved running around the beach and town in the golf cart. Thank You!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing LIP for your second rental experience! We're thrilled to hear that we could meet your expectations once again. Laney truly embodies our commitment to exceptional service, and we're delighted she could go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and happiness.
Gone Coastal sounds like it was the perfect fit for your getaway—we couldn’t agree more about its serene charm and ideal location. And isn’t exploring Port Aransas in the golf cart such a fun way to soak in the coastal vibes?
Thank you for sharing your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay in the future!   -Life in Paradise Team

This is our second time renting this house! The kitchen is so big and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked. Only thing I couldn’t find was a cutting board. We came with two adults and 6 kids. This house fit us perfectly. The 3 patios also makes it great to be able to spread out. Of course the golf cart and beach credits are a big bonus. The rental company starts you with small amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap etc so be sure and bring a few more or the store is right down the road. Will be coming back to this house again! Oh and it’s pet friendly

Thank you so much for your glowing review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your second stay at our home and found the space perfect for your group of 8. The fully stocked, spacious kitchen and the 3 patios really are some of our favorite features too, and we’re delighted they made your stay even more enjoyable.
We appreciate your note about the cutting board and will make sure to address this for future stays. Regarding the essentials, we do provide a starter pack that includes supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get you started. After that, guests can restock as needed, and we're glad the store being nearby was helpful for you.
The fact that the golf cart, beach credits, and pet-friendly environment added to your experience makes us so happy! We can’t wait to welcome you and your family (and furry friends!) back for your next visit. Safe travels until then!

Beautiful Home perfect for family of 3 with their two friends … We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave , we had lil inconvenience with the cart the back lights didn’t work got it replaced with one that didn’t have blinkers but we made the best of it ! Also there was some dog hair in the house thankfully we brought our allergy medicine (it wasn’t horrible ) would definitely book again !

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear that your family and friends enjoyed your stay and made wonderful memories together. It means so much to us that you'd consider booking with us again!
We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the golf cart. While many carts do not come equipped with blinkers, a simple arm signal works perfectly as an indicator for safety. We appreciate how you made the best of things!
Regarding the dog hair, we truly regret any discomfort it may have caused. This home is a pet-friendly unit and, while we aim to have it spotless before every stay, we may occasionally miss a spot. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you encounter any issues in the future. Our housekeeping team is always ready to assist and would have been happy to address it immediately.
Thank you for your understanding and for being such great guests. We hope to host you again soon!

Really impressed with condition of the house. Very neat and had everything we needed to just relax for the few days we were down. The included golf cart made running my kids to the beach and restaurants a breeze and the pool was fantastic. Had a small emergency with my kids losing a few towels but the management company was quick to bring over replacements. Great experience overall.
