Welcome back to Mustang Towers! Condo 903 is a newly remodeled breath of fresh air. Step into excellence in this two-bedroom two bath condo. The beach view is phenomenal. Watch the waves roll in and out just out the floor to ceiling windows that span the living room. Wake up to the stunning sunrise beach views in the master bedroom. This condo has new carpet in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the rooms. There is flat screen T.V.’s in each room and complimentary WIFI throughout.  Should you need to wash your clothes there is laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This condo has everything you will need to enjoy and relax at your beach vacation in style.

This condo can sleep 6 comfortably. When you walk into the left is the laundry room. Past there to the right is the King guest bedroom complete with a dresser and closet. Outside the room is the guest bathroom with a shower tub combo. In the closet by the guest bathroom is games and puzzles to have a fun family game night. Down the hall further to the left you will walk into the beautiful subway tiled and granite countertop kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked including drip coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, blender and the best appliances to help you cook up meals to enjoy with a beach view. Sit at the bar for two or the dining table for four just off the kitchen. Just next to the dining table are the soft leather recliners and queen-sized sleeper sofa to sit back and enjoy the views or watch a movie together. Right next to the living room is the King master bedroom that you can leave open or closed off with an accordion door. The ensuite walk in bathroom has a walk-in closet and large walk-in shower.

There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski’s they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.

We loved the view from our balcony! Nothing like watching the sunrise, sunset and waves from your condo! The property is very well kept, pool was refreshing after our beach time. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach. We will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay. Manager on duty, cant remember her name, was a class act. She helped us out withe the scattered gear, she was amazing. I would definitely recommend Mustang Towers to anyone. Thanks for making it a enjoyable stay. But next time work on the weather, LOL.

We had an amazing experience with Life in Paradise and our overall stay recently at Mustang Towers. The communication with Life in Paradise was very impressive! From their texts keeping us informed about the process, to the portal that we could access at any time - all questions we had were answered and all topics we could possibly wonder about were covered! Thank you for being so thorough with all of those details! The room itself was cozy, comfortable and welcoming! We felt right at home and needed nothing! It was a relaxing getaway that we needed and the view of the beach and ocean was unparalleled! We will definitely return to Mustang Towers again someday! No complaints!

The only thing that isn’t great is the late 4pm check-in. Lovely view and very clean. No condiments besides salt and pepper shakers, so come prepared!

We understand that the 4 PM check-in time might not feel ideal. This timing allows our housekeeping team to thoroughly clean and prepare each property after the 11 AM check-out, ensuring you arrive to a sparkling clean space. If the property happens to be ready earlier, we’re always happy to accommodate an early check-in.
As for the condiments, we keep it simple with salt and pepper to maintain high health standards. For this reason, we don’t provide or keep leftover spices, oils, or other perishables.

We really enjoyed our time and the unit we stayed in was very nicely renovated and perfect for our family. Views were great and couldn't get much closer access to the beach. Only complaint would be the noisy AC unit on the balcony.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality items and had anything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the oven views were amazing! The short walk to the beach was so convenient and great for kids trecking back & forth. I would definitely recommend this condo, and I would book this unit again for a future trip.

Condo was nicely updated. Didn't particularly like the “wooden shutter” wall divider for the Master bedroom. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the spectacular views of the Gulf from the balcony. The walkway to the beach was awesome! Check-in was easy and everyone at “lifeinparadise” was very friendly.

Our stay was great. Unit 903 is a great living space with an unmatched view of the gulf and the sunrise. The inner glass panel on the master bedroom shower rubs against the floor tile and prohibits it from being closed all the way. This means the outer glass panel must be pushed all the way to the wall that the shower head comes out of and the inner glass panel is used as the entry to the shower stall. Unfortunately, the arrangement causes the manufacturer's gap between the glass panels to face the water coming out of the shower head. This causes a lot of water to leak out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. That needs to be fixed. Other than that small issue, the condo is great. We will definitely stay here again!

This location was so clean, and so inviting! We were very comfortable and everything we needed was available at the site (kitchen tools, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). The balcony was fabulous! The furniture was comfortable and plentiful. There was just one small drawback - the sound of the air-conditioning unit on the balcony. Thank you for making sure the environment was beautiful and well prepared for guests!
