The view that you have been only dreaming of is waiting for you today.
This 3-bedroom 2.5 bath condo, sleeps 8, has updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker. Plenty of cabinets & counter space for all your culinary needs. A large laundry room with a washer & dryer for your use along with room for storage.
As you walk in the front door to your left BD1) has queen bed and a set of twin bunks, a decorative partition separates the two, a closet and hanging lamps complete the room. Around the corner is BD2) it has a queen bed, a chest and a closet for all your beach attire, hanging lamps also on each side of the bed. In the hall is a full bath with a tub/shower combo and granite counter tops. Down the hall to the left is the half bath with a stunning bowl type sink.
The dining / living area is an open area with a large sliding glass door, that opens numerous ways to enjoy your view of the Gulf.
The dining area has a beautiful glass table with 6 chairs, 4 barstools at the bar area, for a total seating of 10.
The living area has a sectional style sofa, TV complete with cable and Wi-Fi, end tables and lamps make a fine addition to the room.
BR3) The master bedroom adjoins the living area, with an accordion-style door to slide across for privacy. Complete with king size bed, nightstands, a large closet and hanging lamps. The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower and a double sink with granite countertops.
Then there is the balcony… Perfect View, it has a small round table with a few stools and a couple of chairs, so you can sit and watch the sun rise in the morning, breath in the sea air during the day, watch the sunlight dance across the dunes and water as it sets behind you….
 There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m.
To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski’s they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.

**Beach Gear Credit is now included with your vacation!  This exclusive service is offered to stays of at least 2 nights and up to 22 nights.   
Please bring coffee and filters.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this beachside condo and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. What impressed me most was how immaculately clean everything was—you can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property. The location is truly perfect. Being right by the beach made it easy to enjoy morning walks on the sand and evening sunsets. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodations at suite 501. We will ask for 501 next trip to the beach. The facility had everything we needed and the staff provided us with additional toilet paper. We were very happy with the suite.

My family has used Life in Paradise for the past years and only have great things to say about the company. We liked how close Mustang Towers are to the beach. The walk on the boardwalk is shorter than past experiences, which is great when lugging a bunch of stuff to the beach. The condo itself felt clean and big enough for my family, it is slightly outdated but that didn't feel important to the enjoyment of our vacation.

MT501 is a lovely, comfortable , beautifully decorated condo. You can walk to the beach and drive 10 minutes to outstanding restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the views are beautiful. You have everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The condo is equipped with everything you need. Pack your swim suits and relax.

The unit was clean and neat, and everything we needed for cooking, bathing, and sleeping was provided. I do wish we had known there were beach supplies, such as umbrellas and chairs before we rented them online from Life Paradise. However, all-in-all we had a wonderful stay and book another stay in the future.

Great location with balcony, ocean view, and easy access to the beach. Condo was updated with a great layout and fully stocked with essentials. Check in/out process was super easy. Location was perfect for our family sitting between Port A and Corpus. Plenty of parking available. Have grocery and luggage carts available to easily unload/load. Hot tub, grill, and pool available although we did not use. Elevators a little outdated but overall we had a great experience.

Loved our stay at Mustang Towers! We came every summer from 1993-2010 as our 4 kids grew up. NOW, we are beginning the next generation of Burgdorfs at Mustand Towers! Brought our 3 grandkids and our family for 3 marvelous days at the beach. The condo was perfect, very clean, when we had an issue with the AC, a repairman was on site within the hour and had the AC fixed. We are hopeful to return Summer 2024!

This condo is one of the two closest to the water in all of Port Aransas. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful sunrise over the gulf views from the veranda. Recently remodeled with latest deluxe features.
