Located at 3087 S Eleventh Street, just north of Beach Access 1A, Casa de Crypto is in a brand-new townhome community called Paradise Palm Villas, Unit #500.  Casa de Crypto offers just what you have dreamed of in a beach vacation townhome, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, an elevator, and your own private pool.  Plus, awesome views of the Gulf from the 3rd-floor kitchen/living room and covered deck with comfortable seating for those seeking to capture that sunrise over the ocean or the painted colors of sunset on the dunes.  The top-floor living and kitchen areas are very comfortable.  The kitchen is equipped with all the extras you can imagine: 5 burner stove, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, a conventional coffee maker, air fryer, toaster oven, 2 fry Daddies, crock pot, waffle maker, carousel rotisserie, 20 cup coffee maker, restaurant grade built-in ice maker, and seating for 12 or more.

Just off the kitchen is the main living area.  Featuring a 75’ LG TV, LG Audio Bluetooth system with Sub-woofer…great for those movies on Netflix or Amazon Prime.  Above the TV, is a Robert August autographed, custom hand-painted surfboard painted by the late, world-famous artist, John Olvey.  There is plenty of comfy seating to kick back and let paradise begin to sink in.  Just look out the 5 big portrait windows to watch the swells or calm of the Gulf of Mexico.  There is also a Queen guest room and bath on the 3rd floor with glass shower doors with black fixtures.

As you move to the 2nd floor via the elevator or staircase, you will discover 3 bedrooms:  the master bedroom has a King with a black velvet semi-circle bench at the foot end and a super comfortable mattress to offer sweet dreams. There is also a doorway that leads to the second-story covered deck that offers seating for coffee, and cocktails with views.   The bath has dual vanities, a private bathroom, and a big master shower with a super-friendly black bamboo bench so you can sit and let the soothing shower wash away any stress.   The 2 other guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor each offer a Queen.  The North bedroom is well appointed with 2 nightstands that are also dressers and has a doorway that leads to the second-story covered deck with a unique egg chair. The 3rd bedroom is also a Queen with a good-sized room and also appointed with a bench at the foot.  The most special amenity on the 2nd floor is the Coffee Bar.  No need to go to the kitchen for morning coffee, we have a coffee station with a Keurig machine, pods, creamers, and a special micro mini fridge to keep your favorite coffee creamers chilled.

Now to the 1st floor and pool area.   The first floor has one bedroom that is a Queen sofa, so those who like to watch movies or are gamers, can plug in their own PlayStation or Xbox and game away.  There is also the 4th bathroom connected to this room with a pocket door and a door that leads to the pool from the bath.

Finally, most likely you will spend a lot of vacay time at the pool and back yard area.  The pool is 20 feet by 12 feet and is equal in depth with stairs and handles that lead in.  Inside the bench, you will find a Giant Jenga game and the 5 pool noodles.  We also have a Corn Hole setup attached to the back fence and the AstroTurf backyard offers no “sticker burrs” and a water sprinkler if the little ones want to run through…just enjoy.  On the East end of the pool is an outdoor sofa and 2 chairs with a propane fire pit and on the West of the pool are 4 Adirondack chairs with cushions and a round giant ottoman that all can share.   On the North side of the pool, is a giant round lounger with pillows and a half canopy if you are looking for a bit of shade.  Completing the pool area are 2 chaise loungers for those who want to work on their tan. 

The BBQ area comes with a pub table with 4 seats that are also shaded with a yellow triangle Coolaroo!  The propane grill is BRAND NEW for 2023!  Finally, our live plants love to drink, (they are Port A plants!)  Please give them a drink of water, they will continue to show their love back with flowers and greenery.

Casa de Crypto is an excellent consideration for a family beach vacation home.  5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private heated pool with seating for 18, Gulf views, and an elevator to make your vacation perfect in every way.

What a great vacation! Can not say enough about the management company. They are wonderful! Very responsive every time that I called about anything I had a question about. Also, this property was the best I have stayed in Port Aransas. The golf cart included was so nice and the pool was upkept every day. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Would book this location again!

We were a little concerned going for a duplex in a construction zone...but what a place. With 4 generations converging on Port A we had the space to move about, the elevator to help with moving things in and an 80 year old get up and down, and a decent, but distant view of the water. If you have a big family you can't be the convenience nor the quality of this rental...Wish it were mine. In addition renting from Life in Paradise was a breeze and included the golf cart... 5 stars

We had a great time celebrating my husbands birthday over Cinco de Mayo weekend. The home was new, clean, and well stocked. Management is extremely responsive and helpful!! A few things that could have made it a five star: instructions for elevator (the call button did not work. Have to get on elevator on the floor that you got off) I am sure it would have worked if we understood better. Kitchen needs tools appropriate for use with Teflon pans. Need a potatoes masher. Lighter provided does not work. Could not light fire pit but might have been too windy. Grill was full (like an inch deep) with grease drippings and food pieces from previous guests. Had to scrap out completely. There were not typical kitchen supplies like ziplocks, foil, or plastic wrap. Not a big deal but we would have brought our own if we knew. The corn hole bags are not usable. We brought our own so again not a big deal but future guests should know. Besides those few things, this was a great place to stay and we would love to book in the future. We will just be a bit more prepared next time.

House was beautiful and clean! I have no complaints other than new construction going on at 7:30am right outside your window and pretty much all day even when you are outside trying to enjoy the pool area. There was a bunch of material, lumber, and equipment scattered about, making it congested for parking. The workers did accommodate and moved equipment around to get the vehicles situated. Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony. Overall a beautiful place but the construction was annoying and a hindrance.

My husband and I needed to go to Port A for a friends memorial service and another friends wedding. We were there six days and stay at Casa De Crypto. It is an absolutely Beautiful townhouse located right off 11th street so convenient to everything we needed, and it comes with a golf cart for your entire stay! The owners have thought of everything for this house, the amenities are endless, private pool, great yard area, elevator, coffee bar on the second floor and the third floor kitchen is a dream to cook in… and the views of the gulf are breathtaking… We loved sitting out on the third floor deck having our morning coffee. The management company was great as well, very easy check in and out process, house was very clean upon check in. We will be back to Casa De Crypto…

No complaints at all. It was by far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The house has everything you need, and then some!Only thing lacking, is a toaster, but that for sure wasn't a deal breaker when looking at the ocean while cooking breakfast! We will be back!

When it comes to vacation, I'm very picky. This time we stayed for about a week, so I decided to splurge, and spend more to accommodate family. This is by far more than we have ever spent, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Don't let the construction bother you. It's not terrible, and they do their best to move if/when you are coming or going if they are blocking the driveway. Elevator was awesome for my parents, and was handy for heavy ice chests and luggage as well. You will for sure get a workout going up and down the steps, but the setup is perfect! The pool out the back door is amazing. EVERYTHING you need is here! It didn't, and won't disappoint. I highly recommend (and I'm a hotel snob)! :) Enjoy! Oh ya, the golf cart that comes with it is a plus in itself. Lord knows those things cost $5million a day!

House is beautiful. It says absolutely no pets allowed, but there is pet hair everywhere. The floors, couch, bar stools, carpets and the master bedroom bench had animal hair all over them. Every time we sat on the couch our clothes got white animal hair all over them. I assumed there was no pets allowed and that was kind of an issue because one of our guests is allergic and was having asthma all weekend because of all the hair covering everything. There was dog food on the floor under the counters. Doesn't look like the house floors/carpets were cleaned very well. The elevator didn't work. They are building houses next door and they worked all weekend and Monday except Sunday and so the banging was irritating and we were blocked in every time we wanted to leave or come back in by their equipment. I feel like these were minor issues which overall didn't really affect our stay, so I am still giving an excellent review. The only thing I would suggest would put that there are owners animals that are in the house so people with allergies can know prior. Also a printed check out list with what to clean would be helpful.
