Step into endless entertainment with this newly built 4-bedroom home.  Complete with a heated private pool, putting green and plenty of space to entertain and relax with family and friends.  This house has it all and is located in the heart of Historic Port Aransas.  Whether you're driving to the beach in a golf cart or visiting the local shops, the location keeps you within reach of everything Port A has to offer.  The spacious driveway can accommodate 5-6 vehicles easy with plenty of space for boats and watercraft.  Walking up the stairs to the beautiful main deck you will find seating for 4 people, a perfect place for drinking your morning coffee.  From there you enter into the main level of the house, where you are welcomed to a spacious and well-furnished living room, perfect for relaxing and watching TV with family and friends.  From there walk into the kitchen and dining area, complete with a large dining table, island and stainless-steel appliances.  With seating for 9 it's the perfect place to gather everyone for meals.  Walking down the hallway on your right you will find the first bedroom.  Furnished with a full over full bunk bed.  To the left there is the second bedroom complete with a queen bed.  This room shares its full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed.  Walking out from there you will the full-sized washer and dryer in the hall, useful after a long day at the beach.  At the end of the hallway on the right you will find the master bedroom.  This room has a king-sized bed and TV, as well as another full sized bathroom with walk-in shower.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We did need some minor maintenance repairs and they we there the next morning to take care of it (New Year Day) which I didn't expect being a holiday. Also there were a couple missing items from the pictures we had seen of the unit and they quickly resolved that as well. If only the weather would have cooperated for us.

This house was great--the (very warm) heated pool was perfect for winter time, and the back patio was great to hang out on. The house was nice as well--good sized living room and kitchen and nice bedrooms with plenty of bedrooms. A great place to meet up with friends or family.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Twisted Palm! The house was stunning and perfect for the size of our group. I wish we could have stayed for longer. There were a few things our group wanted to offer some feedback on. It's expected that the grill be cleaned after use, but there weren't any cleaning utensils to clean it with. We wish there would have been some cleaning spray or something like that provided by the house for us to keep it clean. The lock was very tricky. Yes, there are instructions on the door. It was still a hassle. The response times on the texting feature by the property management team was a little slow. And we would have liked some pool floats!! None of us has a pool.. so we would have had to buy a pool float just for this trip and that didn't make sense to any of us. It just would have been nice to have some of those provided. Other than those items, it was great. The location was perfect, having the golf cart included in the price of the house was cool, overall, we highly recommend the twisted palm! It was easily one of the most beautiful houses in the area.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family. Loved the pool and all the other outdoor games. The grandkids said it was the best 4th of July ever and didn't want to leave

golf cart, mini golf, pool, corn hole, giant yard checkers, huge balcony — our kids wanted to hang here vs going to play at the beach! This house is a dream! It's cozy, immaculate and lacking no details. Have stayed in many beach houses— this one is truly 5 stars in every category. We will be returning. It's perfect!! We accessed everything in the golf cart provided. What a wonderful getaway in Twisted Palm

This new build house is beautiful! It offered our family everything we could possibly want to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely love to stay again. The friendly folks at Life in Paradise were also very helpful! Thank you to all!

The absolute perfect vacation rental. The home is stunning, great kitchen, huge backyard with the perfect pool and fun out door games. The home is close to the beach and all the best restaurants. My husband and I will only be staying at this home from now on when we return to Port A!

This house is BEAUTIFUL! Spacious, beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. Everything brand new. Great location—can get to any destination quickly. Once pool area completed, this house will really stand out in fun, comfort, and functionality! Highly recommend!
