Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. Decorated in neutral shades, the open living room is made up of a large, plush sectional with an ottoman that converts into a sofa sleeper, a TV with cable and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with spacious Corian countertops, white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for six and two additional stools at the breakfast bar.  The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a dresser, a closet and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity and a large, tiled shower with a glass door.  There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

This was our first visit to Port Aransas, and we heard great reviews about El Cortez. The unit was only five minutes from the beach with easy access to local grocery stores and restaurants, which made the location very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and we especially loved relaxing on the balcony in the lounge chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and all the necessary cutlery. The dishwasher even included pods for convenience. There was also a washer and dryer in the bathroom stocked with detergent and dryer sheets, which was a great added touch. The only downside was a smoke smell in the unit and the small knats in the kitchen. However, the property manager was very responsive and offered to send housekeeping the following morning to address the issue. We were also able to freshen the space quickly using the cleaning supplies available in the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend El Cortez to others visiting Port Aransas.

We loved our unit. It was very clean & cool when we arrived. We couldn’t get the bedroom TV to work but since we were busy coming & going, we didn’t miss it. Hoping to go back next year!

We love staying here. My husband and I both telecommute. So this is a nice place to go to work and still be close to the beach when we get off everyday. The rental has everything we need and is always clean. Will definitely stay again!

The Condo was clean and comfortable! We were easily able to check in with great communication thru text and email. We received information in a timely manner! The door code allowed us to arrive on our own schedule. The property was well maintained and neat!

EC234 was a wonderful little condo. The staff in the office were super friendly and helpful. They definitely saved my vacation and we ended up having a great time. We will definitely try to book this place again later in the summer. Thank you all so much.

Great Customer Service. Great rental (this is the second time we have stayed in this rental and it works perfectly - we have had to work both times we stayed but the Wifi works perfect). Clean like new rental. Instructions to check in were simple and customer service was perfect.

Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and close to the beach. The staff at Life in Paradise we're super helpful and kind with any questions we had. The washer and dryer in the condo was super convenient! We will definitely stay here again!
