Escape to the coastal charm of Sea Será at El Cortez Villas, a peaceful ground-floor condo nestled on beautiful Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this inviting one-bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beachside relaxation.
Inside, the open-concept living area is designed for unwinding after a day in the sun, featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper, a cozy rocker recliner, and a large TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime easy, with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinetry, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay—including both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker for your morning brew. Gather around the dining table with seating for four, plus two additional barstools at the breakfast bar.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, closet space, and a wall-mounted TV, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The private en-suite bathroom features a vanity, tiled walk-in shower, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer for guest use.
Step outside to the covered patio and enjoy the salty ocean breeze with your morning coffee or an evening drink while soaking in the laid-back island atmosphere.

  • We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

It was our first visit to Port Aransas and our first time staying at a Life in Paradise site. It was exactly as advertised. Clean and tidy, close to the beach, and very quiet. Everything we needed was close by, great restaurants (McDaddy's and Crazy Cajun) and shopping.Will definitely be coming back!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Port Aransas! Newly renovated space was so refreshing with the perfect amount of space for our family of three. There was a convenient boardwalk straight to the beach. We just packed up our items onto a rolling cart we brought (but if you rent a golf cart it's even easier) and went from our front door to the beach in minutes. It was so easy, fun, clean, convenient, literally easy breezy. Super comfortable bed, great night sleep. Air conditioning was impeccable. The washer/dryer in the bathroom and the large new refrigerator were both so helpful. Great communication from the host too. We highly recommend staying here!

Only thing I would change, add resort name on boardwalk entrance at the beach. Took me a while to figure out when I brought the rented golf cart back to room! LOL!

Well maintained, fully equipped "home away from home". Better fridge than mine! Didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. Conveniently located, not far from town and also easy to get to Corpus Christie. Two TVs, adjustable bed, and a folding bed if you need it. Glad we found this condo among so many!

Wonderful location with great golf cart access.The common areas were well kept, and the pool was clean. There's a shower area next to the pool to rinse off sandy feet and several grills and picnic tables located throughout. It was a quiet area where neighbors respect one another. The condo itself was also nice. The AC kept cold even though it was 101 outside. Having a washer/dryer was also very convenient! It felt like home with throw pillows and books scattered about neatly. The only negatives I have are that the shower curtain and bath rug have definitely seen better days and should be replaced!! The pillows were also not that great but I am a pillow snob. Our family had a GREAT vacation here and would definitely book again!!

The condo was decorated so well which a great beach feel and it had plenty of room. It's nestled within a great little community of condos and just a quick walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I also want to applaud the property management team - very courtesy and professional.
