Enjoy the peacefulness at Summer Star of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom ground-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, loveseat, rocker/recliner and a wall-mounted TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with spacious countertops, cabinets and appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar.  The master bedroom (BR1) contains two Full beds, nightstands, chest for your beach attire, closet, desk and TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tub/shower and a stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

Summer Star of El Cortez is a hidden gem for monthly rentals! We loved our stay in this one-bedroom ground-floor condo just south of Port Aransas. The living room was inviting, and the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals. The master bedroom was spacious and well-furnished, and the en-suite bathroom with a washer and dryer was a convenient feature. The covered patio was a favorite spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach made beach days easy, and the shared pool and grilling area were perfect for unwinding. The location, just five minutes from Port Aransas, offered a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility to local attractions.

Our stay at Summer Star of El Cortez was truly a five-star experience! The one-bedroom ground-floor condo provided a peaceful retreat just a short drive from Port Aransas. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the convenience of the en-suite bathroom with a washer and dryer. The covered patio offered a perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. The new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach was a fantastic addition, and the shared pool and grilling area were great for relaxing after a day at the beach. El Cortez's proximity to Port Aransas made it convenient for exploring restaurants, shops, and fishing charters. A wonderful place for a monthly getaway!

Our month-long stay at Summer Star of El Cortez was fantastic! This ground-floor condo provided a peaceful escape just south of Port Aransas. We loved starting our mornings on the covered patio, enjoying the ocean breeze. The new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach was a game-changer, and the shared pool and grilling area were perfect for relaxing after a day of beach adventures. El Cortez's proximity to Port Aransas made it easy to explore the local scene. A wonderful retreat for an extended stay!
