Enjoy an intimate stay at Lime in~the Coconut, a newly remodeled ground-floor condo in Seamist. This complex offers a shared pool and is a 5-minute walk to the beach over the boardwalk in the Banyan Beach subdivision. The inviting front patio is great for sipping your morning coffee or watching evening sunsets. Inside, you will find an open floor plan with bright, coastal-chic decor carried throughout. The living area is comprised of a bright red, plush couch with a chaise, a TV with cable and Wi-Fi, and is convenient for watching a movie or your favorite sport. The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to prepare a meal, from crisp cabinets and new appliances to granite countertops and dishes, as well as basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the cozy table for two. There is additional seating for three at the adjacent bar—the hallway bath features double vanities and a separate tiled tub/shower. There is a full-sized washer and dryer tucked away in the bathroom for your convenience.  The bedroom is at the end of the hallway and contains a King bed, TV, nightstands, and a closet. The shared pool has a great common area around it with charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables. Guests are issued a parking pass for the assigned spot. Offsite overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
Experience island time, and while you are here, might as well put the Lime in ~the Coconut and drink them both up!

The place was great we found it to be very convenient for us as it was street level and easy to access. Front door parking and at the end of the building so no neighbors on one side. Next door neighbor is a sweetie and a permanent resident. The place was clean and met all of our needs. I used the pool every day and it was very clean. It is time though for a new mattress. We will definitely want this place again if we come back to Port Aransas. Very close to everything that we wanted to do. It includes a golf cart and accessories that we needed but didn't have to pack with us. That made this affordable and do-able for us. Thank you

Best vacation I have ever had!! The room was perfect! Beach was so close, we didn't pick up our free buggy until our third day, which I don't recommend, due to level of fun! It was a total blast!! I have already recommended y'all since we have been home!

We had a great stay in Lime in the Coconut. Very clean and comfy. I have no complaints whatsoever. Booked by phone, the staff was so helpful and the process was very easy. We will definitely do it again.

Room was clean and decor was nice. Could use a new mattress & box spring a bit noisy when getting in and out of bed...woke up wifey a few times. Tub was slippery...had to be very careful not to fall.

Would have given it 5 Stars but the bed mattress was very old and very uncomfortable. After along day at the beach or fishing you want a good nights sleep!!! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We stayed at the SeaMist condo unit 160 5/15-5/17The condo was beautifully decorated! The floor what seemed to look clean was dirty! My sons clean feet turned black like charcoal black. Utensils were new and so were the pots and pans. The unit had plenty of pillows in bedroom. The bed itself was squeaky and seemed unsteady. The ceiling fan in bedroom gave plenty of air but you could only have it on when the light was on. The storage room did have plenty of extra pillows. Shower is not tall people friendly. The neighbor whom is a permanent resident is a very sweet older lady but she seems to have some sort of dementia. BEWARE! She does have a vehicle and she mentioned to us not to park too close because she can’t see and will hit your vehicle. She does have cats that roam but are not feisty. I know we can’t do anything about the pesky flies but her cat food she leaves outside attracts them even more that come into the unit. Very sweet lady as mentioned but Ms. Pat is a talker and cannot see when driving. She never left during our stay thankgoodness. LoL Overall the unit was decent minor downfalls that can be upgraded.
