Nestled on the back row of the colorful Village Walk neighborhood – a gated community in the heart of the island on 11th street – this beach-chic three-story home is the perfect destination for your next couples retreat or family getaway. Get to all that Port Aransas has to offer in minutes – the beach, downtown, you name it! This welcoming home makes it easy – and comfortable – to work and school from during the day, and beach-it during the afternoons and on weekends!
Thoughtfully furnished, outfitted and decorated, this home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 12 people, offering all the comforts of home with the amazing Gulf views to boot.
First Floor:
On the first floor, you’ll find a private apartment complete with two queen beds, a bistro table perfect for the quick work connection or snack, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and mini-refrigerator), a full bath with a walk-in shower and a pack-in-play for the littles. Just outside the back doors of the apartment sits the pool for your afternoon SeaEsta or dip! 
The right garage bay is set up as a game room with enough games to entertain the whole family: corn hole, jumbo Connect4, jumbo Jenga, darts, and a 48” smart TV so you don’t have to miss that game. Barstools and a ledge for your cold one will come in handy when you aim for the bullseye. You’ll also find bins of beach toys and plenty of room to store your fishing and beach gear. 
The backyard invites those who are looking for a private getaway or fun with the family with a private pool, an outdoor shower to help you rinse off after returning from the beach, and a charcoal grill. 
Second Floor: 
Leave your worries back home as you rest in any of the 3 bedrooms, or 2 full baths hosted on the second floor. All bedrooms offer smart TVs, USB outlets, sound machines, ceiling fans, luggage racks, and ample storage for your entire stay. You’ll also find a washer and dryer tucked away in the hall on the second floor. 
Enjoy the private balcony and oversized walk-in shower in the master suite. 
The kids will find the bunkroom fun with toys to help pass the time. There is also a pack-in-play available in the closet for additional sleeping accommodations. 
All bathrooms come equipped with a blow dryer and stepstool for the littles. 
Third Floor:
The third floor hosts a large living area with ceiling-height windows inviting the sun in from all angles. Enjoy the light and breezy coastal décor while brewing your morning coffee or playing your favorite game with the family at the dining room table, comfortably seating 8 with 4 additional bar stools – plus a high-chair for the littlest of family members. 
There’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained: living room offering a 65” smart TV with a soundbar, a cabinet full of family-friendly board and card games, a chef’s kitchen to whip up your favorite dish and a private balcony to take in the ocean sounds. You’ll also find extra HDMI cables to accommodate your electronics or gaming consoles. 
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked to accommodate almost any need: Toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker (single-serve or carafe), utensils – including wine and bottle openers, pots/pans, bakeware, serving ware, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kid-friendly dishware, and so much more. 
Rooftop Deck: 
This is the best place to take it all in with 360° views of the entire island! From sunrise to sunset, this is the spot to stay, relax and repeat with your favorite beverage in hand. 
*An elevator is available in this home with access to each floor, making this beach rental perfect for elderly or handicapped family members. Request for elevator access is required at the time of booking.

  • Keurig and drip coffee maker. Please bring coffee, filters/ K-cups.
  • Charcoal grill. Please provide your own charcoal.
  • Washer and dryer. Laundry detergent not provided.
  • Beach Towels not provided.
  • Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
  • No pets allowed.

Excellent rental choice for a family with small kids

The house layout is great with the living area on the top floor and all the bedrooms below stairs. Sleepers are not bothered by noisy children running around and having fun. We loved the use of the golf cart to get around. The kids really loved riding in it. Also, there are two big bags of sand toys that the kids hauled to the beach. This was a real plus. The pool was also a big hit with the children. And, the elevator was a huge plus for the grandmas. It made it a breeze to haul groceries up to the kitchen!!! We were all very happy with our accommodations!!!

That upside-down layout really is a gem. With the living area up top and bedrooms below, the kids can laugh and play while early sleepers rest easy. We love hearing the golf cart was a favorite ride, and that those big bags of sand toys made it to the beach for hours of fun. Add a pool the kids couldn't get enough of and an elevator that made grocery runs a breeze, and you have a stay built for every generation.

The house we rented was fantastic and served our entire family so well! We were traveling with all ages, multiple family members with developmental disabilities, and some elderly. We got a house with an elderly couple. The living space was big enough for everyone and we spent a ton of time in the private pool. Great experience! Thinking about coming back next year.

Great house; it came with an elevator which came in handy when bringing heavy ice chests, luggage, and other items up to the rooms instead of hauling everything up and down the stairs. Very clean and a great pool, plus it also comes with a golf cart, which was a lot of fun!

Great house and close to the beach! The house was very accommodating and had everything that we needed. Upon our arrival, the downstairs bedroom had an indoor A/C unit with the vent tube disconnected. I contacted the office and they had someone over within the hour to get it fixed. The top balcony views were amazing, especially in the morning over coffee. The elevator was definitely a perk because there’s a lot of stairs. We would recommend this house and stay here again.

Everything was great! We had a little one with us and appreciated all of the stuff to accommodate like the high chair, gate, little utensils, etc. Had AC trouble night one and it was fixed in a matter of minutes once we reached out. 10/10 would stay again!

This was a great place to stay, the only feed back I had was that the ceiling fans were not working during our stay. I didn't complain because it was such a small inconvenience. We had a great time, the home was spacious and close to the beach, not a 4 minute walk, but definitely close and the Gulf Cart was great. The views were spectacular! I would come here again and recommend this location and home to everyone. Management was very communicative and all information was clear.

Nice place, we enjoyed the stay and everything was clean and comfortable. The games in the living room and the game room/ garage were a nice touch. We went a tad early this trip so the private pool took some courage to get into but the two heated community pools were great....trade off for no crowds. Request elevator access if you need otherwise this house is three levels so lots of stair climbing without. We would rebook this house....great stay.

Spent 4 days at this home with a group of 10 friends for a wonderful bachelorette party! This home was perfect for our group. Gave us plenty of room to have a little privacy when needed while providing an awesome gathering place in the kitchen/living area. The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rental included golf cart which was a super addition. The ONLY thing I wish was different was an easier beach access.

This property took my breath away. Watching the sunrise on the rooftop deck while listening to the waves was something on my bucket list and this property delivered. The elevator made hauling groceries up a breeze, the private pool was such a nice oasis from reality and we just just enough space no one was on top of each other! Life in Paradise hands down has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We truly had three of the best days and it was everything our group could’ve asked for.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated. It was clean, with the exception of the floors, they didn’t appear to be mopped good. We loved the roof top balcony! Each floor has a balcony which is wonderful. The pool had a deep end which was fun for jumping in. The golf cart worked great. Overall we loved the house!!

Warm, spacious home with nice, comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable, soft without sagging. House was well stocked and a close golf cart ride to the beach. Overall, amazing place for a large family or group of friends to stay and hang out together.

This is the first time I have rented this home and I was extremely pleased with it. It was clean and there was enough room for all of us without feeling crowded. The pool was a big hit with my grandchildren. We plan on making this an annual family trip and we hope this house will be available for us to rent. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious, clean vacation rental.

The house is beautiful, and suited our needs perfectly, the elevator was perfect for my Inlaws, and the golf cart came in handy for trips to the beach. The house is inviting and comfortable & we felt comfortable the entire trip. Hoping we can stay here again soon.
