Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo With Bay View/ Shared Pool/ Pet Friendly

 

Come enjoy your stay in Port A in this newly remodeled second-floor condo with beach décor carried throughout. Entertain and relax in the living room with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, two accent chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for six for freshly prepared meals or a friendly game of cards. Show off your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio and watch the ships pass by in the bay. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, and a closet for your beach attire. It has access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Venture to the master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, TV, nightstands, and chest for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet at the end of the hall. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer available. Saved us from packing sandy clothes! Will definitely book again!

Knowing the condo felt spacious and gave your group plenty of room to spread out means the world to us. And those comfortable beds? A good night's sleep is one of the greatest gifts a getaway can give, so we're thrilled they helped you rest easy after each day of fun.
We're also delighted the washer and dryer came in handy. There's something wonderfully freeing about tossing sandy clothes in the wash instead of packing them home, and we love that it made your beach days a little breezier. It's the small, thoughtful touches that we hope turn a good trip into a great one.

Nice and quiet,our dogs had fun. We relaxed. One remote for both TV's was a little annoying. We actually had 3 remotes but only one worked with the TV's but otherwise it was a great stay. Will probably use them again

Condo was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the comforter in the master bedroom was too thick and hot. Maybe have a quilt for the summer!

We loved staying on the bay side of Port A this time! It was lovely and so easy to get everywhere, especially the beach. The condo is great--clean, bright, and spacious for just the three of us. Surprisingly, we became fond of the ferry view (and horns!) It was a wonderful stay.

The pool was close and there was a nice area to sit and grills for cooking. Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals made it very easy to get access information and anything else we needed. The condo is locating in the heart of town so it was close to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Condo was beautiful, location was great. Enjoyed the ferry’s and boats from the balcony. LIP staff communication was great, easy access entry. Furniture very comfortable, only thing missing was a clothes drawer and tv in second bedroom but other than that everything was great, I will definitely stay here again.
