This condo is perfect for a beach getaway. It’s very clean and comfortable. It also offers easy access to the pool. It’s conveniently located, so dining, shopping, and the beach are all easily accessible. The blackout curtains are perfect for families with young kids, and it’s very close to the local playground. Checkout is a breeze. Highly recommend.

We love that dining, shopping, and the beach were all within easy reach. We're also glad the blackout curtains and nearby playground made life easier with little ones. Restful naps and happy kids help make a great family vacation. A breezy checkout is the perfect way to end it.

The unit was very nice and close to restaurants and Robert's Park we had a minor problem with the ice maker which was quickly fixed. Already planning on returning next year.

The condo we rented was updated with modern flooring and the layout was perfect for our trip. Close to everything. I would have given 5 stars but we had two hiccups: 1) Check in was delayed even after visiting the office in person to give my ID. Should have been able to get in sooner. I had to call to get in instead of getting a text 2) we did not have wash cloths in our condo. I asked for them twice before I received them after hours by calling the emergency line. Communication gaps make a big difference on overall satisfaction.

Great for families with young children!

This condo was perfect for our family of four (two young children)! The bathroom with double vanities provided ample space for all of us (and included a full-size washer and dryer), large closets allowed us to store our bags away (and comfortably fit a pack-n-play), and there was plenty of seating room for everyone in the common spaces. The condo is right in town with quick access to many amenities for children. It's an easy walk down to the harbor, public park with an awesome playground, pirate ship cruise, nature preserve, and several restaurants. The condo unit itself is in the ideal location within the complex, directly across from the pool (which is in clear view of the balcony) so that you can quickly go back and forth as needed. This condo is perfect for young families as the decor and furniture are kid-friendly! We appreciated the plastic plates, cups, bowls, and utensils stocked in the kitchen for our kids to use. We loved our stay and will be back!

Way better than a motel

I usually stay down the street at a motel but, decided to look around. This cost significantly less than the motel. We needed accommodations for two couples. The place was big enough for us and allowed us to save more money by cooking and saving leftovers from eating out. It's a full size apartment with a balcony. The master bedroom has a king and the other has a queen. The apartment looks new. Everything was fresh and clean. The mattresses are comfortable. We're allowed two vehicles. The location is perfect for Port A. Easy to get to places and easy to find it upon return. Great place.
