As you enter the first level, you are greeted by a cozy den/game room that invites relaxation and entertainment. Complete with a bar, two comfortable sofas, and a TV, this space is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A convenient half bath is located nearby, and just outside, you’ll find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand and salt.
The second level is designed for comfort and convenience. You'll discover three inviting bedrooms, two full baths, and a convenient full-size washer and dryer. A cozy common area with a twin daybed with a trundle that provides additional sleeping space, and you'll love the easy access to one of the expansive decks that boast stunning ocean views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Ascend to the third level,  where an open floor plan creates a seamless flow between living and dining areas. The generous living space features a large sectional sofa and two side chairs, creating a cozy atmosphere for movie nights. A stylish bar area, equipped with a margarita machine, an ice maker, and a mini fridge, ensures your favorite drinks are always within reach. The dining table comfortably seats ten, with three additional seats at the kitchen island, making it a fantastic spot for gatherings.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The home was in a nice little neighborhood with just one house between us and the beach. It was clean and as advertised. We rented a golf cart but easily could have just walked back and forth to the beach. The house has a nice large deck looking out at the water. We plan on staying here again.

Love this place. The only reason I don't give it 5-stars overall is because the decking downstairs next to the garage and main deck need to be refurbished. There's loose boards, rotten boards, and some nails sticking up. The downstairs shower is awesome, the location is great. Would maybe come back. One last thing...one of the beads was full of sand/dirty. Also, new mattresses are needed throughout the house, desperately. The house does have a washer/dryer so we cleaned the sheets.

We had to change our rental house at the last minute due to the beach restrictions on cars and were pleasantly surprised by our new spot. The house has a great view and was well equipped and perfect for our family. My only complaint is the living room furniture is uncomfortable and not conducive for lounging and chatting. It would also be awesome to have access to a good vacuum or broom and dustpan for combatting the sand. That being said, we would stay here again!

Great use of space, with plenty of outdoor living areas and great Gulf and beach views. My daughters and her friends especially enjoyed the large screened-area on the first level - they didn’t have to come upstairs on beach breaks since it has an outdoor shower, toilet, ample seating, and we kept a cooler & snacks in the bar area. Cute decor. Very convenient beach access. The little neighborhood is tucked away from outside traffic but still a quick golf-cart ride to stores, restaurants, etc. Most definitely would rent again.
