This place was fantastic!! There was nothing missing. The kitchen was loaded. Extremely well decorated. Best beds and pillows I have ever slept on! It was perfectly laid out for our needs. Black out curtains too. Even our 9 month grandson old had his own room for night nights. There were 2 insuite baths with walk in showers and a hall bath with a tub. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and there was an outdoor shower and half bath at the lower pool level. There was even a garage level play room with a mini-fridge, cornhole game, and TV for those cooler college football days. All in all there were 6 TVs! We hardly turned them on though. A golf cart was included with easy access down the boardwalk at about beach marker 53. There is a new beach access road less than a half mile toward Port A. for larger car access. We ordered in from Dylan's Pizzeria our first night at Cinnamon Shore, only a half mile away. Really great and convenient. Can't say enough about this place! Really comfy and well supplied. The western view and sunsets were even great. Could make out Corpus Christi skyline in the distance and the new CC Harbor bridge. This area of the beach is very family friendly. We will be back!

Absolutely stunning beach house! This brand-new property is beautifully decorated in a stylish modern farmhouse design, with thoughtful details and high-end touches throughout. With four spacious bedrooms and so many amenities, it has everything you could want for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway.The pool and game area were perfect for enjoying time at the house, while the views of the two fishing ponds added an extra touch of tranquility. The location is fantastic, too—you can take a quick walk or hop on a golf cart and cruise along the boardwalk straight to the beach.The house is exceptionally clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and clearly designed with guests in mind. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach escape or a fun family vacation, this place has it all. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return!

Everything you can possibly think of is there for you in this beautiful brand new home. Felt like a second home. Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at an STR. Caught fish in the beautiful pond right off the back of the property. We were in the Private Splash pool every day where we watched the incredible sunset - the sunset view is truly part of the elevated experience here. Five minutes from the front door to the beach - community is connected by a golf cart friendly bridge right to the sand. Ten minutes from the Golf Course - 15 minutes to the heart of Port A and 20 minutes from Corpus Christi. Can’t wait to get back to the Salty Marine.
