As you enter this open floor plan residence, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area featuring a cozy sectional sofa, two side chairs, and a large TV—perfect for movie nights with family and friends. The dining area is designed for entertaining, with a table that comfortably seats eight, complemented by additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for all your culinary adventures. The first level also includes an inviting bedroom with an ensuite bath, a convenient laundry room, and a half bath for guests.
Step outside to enjoy the serene patio, complete with a charcoal grill and comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Access the second level via the outdoor staircase, which offers a private entrance for added convenience and privacy.
