Upon entering the first level, you'll find covered parking for up to four vehicles, along with a fenced yard featuring inviting seating and lush Astro turf—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze.
The second level comprises three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for family and guests. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience to your everyday living.
Ascend to the third level, where the heart of the home awaits. The open-plan main living area features a cozy living room with a sectional sofa that converts to a queen sleeper and a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The dining table comfortably seats eight, while the kitchen island offers four additional seats, making it a great spot for gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a charming coffee bar to fuel your beach adventures.
