Welcome to Cocktail Villa, your perfect coastal retreat located just off 11th Street, conveniently close to the beach, shopping, and dining. This beautifully decorated two-level home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it an ideal getaway for families and friends.
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an open concept floor plan that seamlessly connects the inviting living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional sofa, two stylish side chairs, and a TV—perfect for cozy movie nights. The dining table comfortably seats four guests, while the kitchen island offers additional seating for four. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with all-stainless-steel appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation.
On the main level, you’ll find a primary suite with a bath as well as another well-appointed bedroom with an ensuite bath, a convenient laundry room, and a half bath for guests. Head upstairs to discover a second living area featuring another sectional sofa, a TV, and a bar-style table with barstools, along with a dedicated bar area complete with a sink and a wine/beverage fridge. This level also includes three additional bedrooms and two full baths, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.
Step outside to the covered porch area, where you can relax in rocking chairs with your favorite book or enjoy a meal al fresco. The private pool invites you to lounge under the sun, while a charcoal grill is available for your summer cookouts.

  • We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your visit is peaceful, you may encounter sights and sounds of building projects or community improvements during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards making our community better for everyone.
  • Pools are serviced weekly, with service up to twice per week during the summertime.  Services may be performed while occupied.

Thank you for everything! The house is beautiful so spacious! There are some loose knobs, handles, front door was tight to close, quite a lot of beeping. But, house was beautiful, it had everything we needed. Will stay again.
