We really enjoyed our stay at the Island Retreat Resort. Very short walk to the beach. Our condo was clean, neat and had plenty of beds and seating areas. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates etc. It was also located very close to the pool, which was very nice for swimming. We would definitely return.

Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Island Retreat Resort. It’s great that the short walk to the beach, clean and well-equipped condo, and convenient location near the pool made your stay so enjoyable. We’d be thrilled to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway!  -Life in Paradise Team

The Island Retreat #57 through Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals was absolutely amazing. I love their transparency, communication, & convenience of everything. Our unit was right next to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach (4min walk with kids and a wagon). The unit had all the necessities like cold AC, good beds, washer/dryer, coffee maker, and pots and pans in the kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again. Cons: It is an older unit but still great. The sheets could have been a little softer but still had a place to lay my head and I’m fine with that.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at Island Retreat #57 through Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are thrilled to hear that you found your stay amazing and appreciated our transparency, communication, and the convenience of our location.
We’re delighted that your unit's proximity to the pool and boardwalk made your family’s beach trips easy and enjoyable. It's wonderful to know that the amenities like the cold AC, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, coffee maker, and fully equipped kitchenette met your needs and added to your comfort.
Your feedback about the unit’s age and the softness of the sheets is invaluable to us. While we aim to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment, we understand there is always room for improvement. We will certainly take your suggestions into account as we continue to enhance our guest experience.
Thank you again for your kind words and thoughtful feedback. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay!
Warm regards,

We had a wonderful post Labor Day stay at Island Retreat. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The grounds were clean, landscaped and well maintained. the huge pool was pristine and refreshing. All pool furniture was clean and in excellent condition. Our condo was clean & ready for us to enjoy. For our condo to be on the upper price range for a 2 bedroom it does need some updating. We look forward to our next visit to island Retreat!

Great Accommodations - just a few suggestions

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and facility. Everything was clean, well stocked and check in was a breeze. Location of condo was excellent with poolside view. I loved that you had a washer/dryer in the unit because it was so convenient. We added a fly swatter to be used by future guests. I have two suggestions: The master bathroom shower was having an issue with the hot water valve. The washer, handle or both needed repairing or replacing because water did not flow out the shower head with adequate pressure instead it leak from the turn on spigot/handle. Additionally, the master bed mattress was not uncomfortable, however you do roll to the outside of the mattress. A replacement at some point may be warranted.

The accommodations were fantastic!!! We super enjoyed how clean and accessible everything was. The only thing I would change is asking in advance how many vehicle passes are needed. The office was closed on Sunday and I worried about a vehicle getting towed all evening till the office opened the next day. Otherwise great!! Booking here again next year :)
