Overall

House was very clean and incredibly well-stocked (kitchen, towels, etc.). Property location was quiet and so close to the beach; the golf cart was a huge bonus! Loved the views, community pool, outdoor shower and a few beach items (no beach towels, but not an issue).
Contact with the property management was so easy, and they were incredibly responsive.
Check in and check out was completely easy!

Couple of things to be aware of...
No beach towels provided
Could use at least 1 hair dryer
There are a lot of stairs (inside and outside), as a heads up for older guests.
Primary shower is a bit of a low-flow shower head. Think Seinfeld. ;)
And internet/WIFI is pretty in and out, but we used our phone as a hot spot for connectivity.

Overall, these are not glaring issues, just a heads up. We loved the property, and we would definitely recommend and/or stay again!

Overall

Property was great. House was clean. Lots of bath towels. Beach access was easy and convenient with golf cart. Kitchen is located on 3rd floor. All rooms are located next to each other on second floor. Outdoor shower with warm water was nice for littles coming back from the beach. Pool was close by and clean. All was wonderful. Only thing I noticed they didn't provide was a hairdryer. Not a big deal, but mentioning, in case you expect there to be one.
