A very nice place to stay. Excellent use of space with a boat slip underneath. There were two of us so the space was adequate. The max number of people indicates 5…. But sleeping 5 adults would not be ideal. The extra sleeping area is a bunk (twin over full) and would sleep three smaller people but certainly not three adults. The home is accommodated quite nicely. On a side note, the home (while located right on the water) is situated between a restaurant, a jetty boat that takes out tours all day long (on the left) and the US Coast Guard on the right. While we found watching the operations of the jetty boat and the US Coast Guard quite interesting, it does throw a sound factor into the equation. Additionally, the linens were very poor in quality. Soft sheets can be obtained quite cost effectively at Amazon, Walmart, etc.

Overall the stay was very pleasant. We would definitely return regardless of the noise and linens.

Best place on the island for enjoying the patio right on the water. House has everything you need right at your fingertips. We grilled and had dinner on the patio overlooking the marina. Walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely be back

Very clean &nice, &home so unique &LIP (Life in Paradise) is very responsive &professional management company. Maintenance excellent when we had a power issue due to severe thunder storm one night. The home is located right in the middle of everything (restaurants, boats, etc) so if you want a quiet more private space, this is NOT it. It is on the marina so lots of sights &sounds. We enjoyed all the activity.

TPS804 The Boat House is in an excellent location. You’re within easy walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The Coast Guard is close and you get their announcements as well. The unit is well set up with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Beds are comfortable. Specific parking is great. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s been excellent both times.

We enjoyed the raised deck overlooking part of the Port A marina. I spent time watching the "Coasties" next door performing tasks and launching on missions. The living space was ample and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Hot water was readily avaliable. Beds were comfortable. Central air/heat was responsive. It was literally next door to restaurants we planned to visit. Parking for two vehicles was reserved and covered. Compared to other properties on the island it was both luxurious for the location and just a bit pricey for off-season renting. The boathouse will be on my short list for my next trip to Port Aransas.

My husband and I enjoyed the house so much. It was perfect for the two of us and our little dog. We enjoy having so many fish options right outside our door. The house was well stocked and clean. We only have to call manager for a minor thing, but management was quick to respond and took care of the issue super fast. It can be a little noisy, but we didn’t mind. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. We will rent this house again.
