Spread across three inviting levels, this home features a thoughtful layout to accommodate family and friends. The first level welcomes you with a cozy bedroom and a bathroom, providing a private retreat for guests. As you ascend to the second level, you’ll find the heart of the home—a spacious open-concept living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The fully stocked kitchen boasts sleek all-white appliances, including a propane stove, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather around the plush sofa in the living area, where a large TV awaits for movie nights or cheering on your favorite team. Great location! Spacious house, perfect for pets

Great location with plenty of space! We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Beach House. The property overlooks the pool and has a nice deck to relax on. The kitchen and living room are spacious, and the upstairs loft was perfect for the older kids to have their own space to watch TV and play games. There’s plenty of grass for walking your dog. A huge bonus was the short walk to the beach on the boardwalk and having a golf cart included was much easier than renting one. A couple of things to note: the living room and kitchen area do not have window coverings, so if nighttime privacy is important to you, keep that in mind. Also, the downstairs bedroom uses a portable A/C unit rather than central air. Having access to the garage was incredibly helpful. There’s even beach gear to borrow. We had so much fun!

The deck overlooking the pool is a favorite spot to unwind, and we love that the spacious kitchen and living room gave everyone room to spread out. Knowing the upstairs loft became the perfect hangout for the older kids makes our day, because that kind of "own space" can turn a good trip into a great one. And with plenty of grass for the dog, a short boardwalk walk to the beach, the included golf cart, handy garage access, and beach gear ready to borrow, it sounds like you had everything you needed to make the most of your days.

Great week long stay at this adorable 3 level home. Area was nice, clean, quiet and convenient to beach accessibility. Community pool was nice but could use a little updating. House had plenty of room and privacy for everyone with it’s split levels. Life in Paradise property management was easy to get in touch with any questions. Golf cart was at property and ready to enjoy without having to go do paperwork or drive to pick up or take back. Would stay again.
