Welcome to Old Town Cottages - your gateway to the perfect Port Aransas getaway! Nestled in the heart of Old Town, our 18 charming cottages await to provide you with a memorable vacation experience.  Each of our 18 individual cottages offers a comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, accommodating up to 8 guests.  Our cottages are centered around a tranquil courtyard, where you'll find a shared pool, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a pool house with 2 restrooms, and ice/vending machines. Feel free to unwind, grill up some delectable meals, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones.  We understand that your four-legged family members are important too. Old Town Cottages are pet-friendly, so your furry friends can join in on the fun. As an added bonus, each cottage comes with a 4-seater golf cart for the duration of your stay. It's an excellent way to explore the town and easily reach the beach, making your vacation even more enjoyable.  Old Town Cottages are ideally situated within walking distance of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Port Aransas. When it's time to hit the beach, a short golf cart ride will take you to the pristine sandy shores of the Gulf Coast.  Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a reunion, Old Town Cottages are the perfect choice. You can rent multiple cottages to accommodate large groups while enjoying your private spaces.

  •  Pet Friendly with $95 Fee per Pet, Maximum 2 Pets. Restriction of 40#’s or under. Any dog larger than that, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
  • Minimum age to rent is 25, ID Required
  • Beach Gear Credit With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival 
  • Please bring coffee, filters and laundry detergent

We loved this place! Having a golf cart included with the cottage made everything so easy. We zipped down to the beach in minutes and used it to run to restaurants and shops. The cottage was clean, spacious, and the pool area was a great bonus. We'll be back!

You can't beat this location. We were able to walk to dinner and drinks every night, right in the heart of Old Town. The cottage itself was charming and had plenty of room for our group. The central courtyard with the pool and grills was a perfect spot to hang out.

We stayed with our two kids and our dog, and this was the ideal setup. The 2-bed/2-bath layout was perfect. The kids loved the pool, and we loved that we could bring our dog. Having the golf cart to haul all our stuff (and the dog!) to the beach was fantastic.

Our family rented three of the cottages for a long weekend, and it was perfect! We had our own private spaces but could all meet at the pool and picnic tables to grill and hang out. Having a golf cart for each cottage made exploring so much fun. Highly recommend for reunions!

This was our first time at Old Town Cottages, and it won't be our last. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area was well-maintained, and the ice machine was a nice touch. We loved the quiet courtyard vibe but being so close to all the action.
