Great location with comfortable accommodations. We had a leak in the ceiling maybe due to the rain prior to our arrival and the manager was on top of it and took care of the problem right away. We always rent from Life in Paradise everytime we travel to the Coast which very often. Great Management company with easy check in and a large variety of units to rent from.

Thank you so much for your loyalty and for this thoughtful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the great location and comfortable accommodations, and that we continue to be your go-to for every Coast getaway.
We also appreciate you mentioning the ceiling leak from the rain before your arrival. Staying on top of maintenance and resolving any issue right away is exactly the standard we hold ourselves to, so we're glad our team could take care of it quickly for you.
With such a wide variety of units and easy check-in always ready for you, we can't wait to welcome you back for another wonderful, trouble-free stay!

Super clean! All around perfect place. I loved the fact that it was a ground floor one story - super easy for young families. The golf cart was a total game changer for us! We won’t do the beach without one again. I wish we had the option to choose a 6-seater instead of an4-seater. We will need a 6 next year otherwise we would totally come back here!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review — it truly made our day! Knowing the home was super clean and that the ground-floor, one-story layout made things easy for your young family fills our hearts with joy. That's exactly the kind of effortless, stress-free stay we hope to create. And we couldn't agree more about the golf cart — it really is a game changer, and we love that you won't do the beach without one again! Thank you, too, for the thoughtful note about a 6-seater option. That's fantastic feedback, and it's absolutely something worth keeping in mind for future availability. We'd hate to miss you next year over a couple of seats! It would be an absolute joy to welcome your family back to Life in Paradise — see you next time!   -Life in Paradise Team

Great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Cottage was nice and tastefully decorated. Kids loved the bunk beds. We weren’t crazy about the mattress in the master and parking is a little tight. The golf cart is a plus. We would stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the great location, tasteful decor, and the fun bunk beds for the kids—it sounds like a wonderful stay overall! We appreciate your note about the master mattress and parking, and we’ll take it into consideration for future improvements. As a reminder, there is one parking space for your vehicle, with the second space reserved for the included golf cart. We’re thrilled to hear the golf cart was a hit and that you’d stay with us again. We’d love to welcome you back soon! 🏖️🐬-Life in Paradise Team

Great little place to stay. Great location if you want to be able to walk to most things in town. If not, the golf cart is perfect to get you where you want to go. The condo was clean and a perfect size for a small group. Large groups could rent their own separate spaces and have just enough “togetherness”, but their own space to retreat to when ready. The beds were comfortable, pool is small, but nice. I’ve been going to Port A for many years and I’ve stayed in a lot of places. I will definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for your glowing review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and found our location, amenities, and accommodations to be a perfect fit for your group. It’s great to know the golf cart came in handy, and that you appreciated the balance between togetherness and personal retreat our spaces offer.
We’re especially delighted that you felt comfortable in the condo and enjoyed the pool during your time with us. Knowing you’ve visited Port A many times and would choose to stay with us again truly means the world. It’s guests like you that inspire us to provide the best experiences possible. We can’t wait to welcome you back for your next visit!  -Life in Paradise Team

Old Town Cottages is a great location to come stay at if you're wanting to get the small town experience. Getting to know the locals here during the Winter time was definitely a fun experience, and we even made some new friends along the way. The beach was relatively close to our location, so we definitely didn't have to worry about driving quite a ways. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our guests that came to visit. The pool was heated and relaxing, so that was definitely a plus. Overall, we loved our little cottage home, and we'll come back again next Winter if the time allows.

Perfect location, beautiful little home. The two bedrooms were more than welcome for our family of four, and we enjoyed our stay there. The fridge was a bit on the smaller side, but given how were weren't a big party, it was perfect for us. The beds were very soft and comforting, and our kids enjoyed staying in the bunk bedroom! The pool was even better, since it was heated during the cold weather. Very close distance to the beach, my husband particularly loved being in the middle between the Marina and the beach side, so everyone had a blast! We definitely recommend coming down here, and we'll be doing the same as well.

I was on the market for something nice, affordable, and simple for me and my wife. Old Town Cottages was definitely the top pick for us, since it was located in the heart of Port Aransas. Very nice simple decor, akin to that of a family home, and comfortable couches and bedding for us as well. The showers were very well built, and the kitchen wasn't too big, but just the perfect size for us. The community grill and pool were the perfect spot for afternoon get togethers after taking a morning stroll around town and at the beach. We loved our vacation stay here in The Cottages.
