Escape to this beautiful townhome situated in a gated community with two shared pools that are heated during the winter months.
Adorned with marine life and nautical décor with bursts of beach colors throughout, the open floor plan is suitable for hanging out and entertaining with family and friends. The living room is composed of two couches and two matching accent armchairs with ottomans made for relaxing while watching movies on the wall mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Use your culinary skills to prepare meals in the large kitchen equipped with spacious counter tops, stainless steel appliances, pantry, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Gather everyone at the large dining table with seating for eight to savor the meals. For your convenience, there is a half bath right off of the kitchen with a full-size stackable washer/dryer tucked neatly in a closet. Step out and enjoy your coffee on the front patio while taking in the ocean breeze. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) when ready to unwind in the King bed accompanied by nightstands, wall mounted TV, closet and chest for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom consists of a large vanity and tile shower. Venture up to the second floor where the other bedrooms are located. At the top of the stairs sits a bench surrounded by windows with natural lighting, perfect for reading a book. The bunk room (BR2) has ample space for kids to play games and is made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed, a King bed, nightstand, dresser, wall mounted TV and closet. The guest room (BR3) includes a Queen bed, closets and dresser. Both of these rooms share an adjoining Jack and Jill style bathroom with a vanity and tub that has private access from each room. Swim in the two shared pools which are heated during the winter months or lounge beside them to work on your golden tan. There is also a covered/shaded area with picnic tables to shield the sun. This property is a short 0.9-mile drive to the beach and 1.1 miles to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Book today!

Overall

Very clean, well-laid out, beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Nicely appointed kitchen. Very quiet. The pools and grounds are gorgeous. Having the master bedroom on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms upstairs was a very convenient layout. Having laundry onsite was a real plus. I highly recommend this unit.

Overall

This home was perfect for our family - cool, cozy and quiet. There was plenty of indoor space to spend time together and watch a movie. As well as outdoor space if needed some quiet with the screened porch and the side yard with chairs. Our dogs could stretch their legs too. Kitchen was well supplied just had to buy some groceries and we were ready to go. Beach is not far at all and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet when return from beach.Hope to visit again!

Very nice place. We enjoyed our stay. Only gave a 4 due to the electrical plugs not working in master bathroom, & upstairs bathroom. The light bulb in master bathroom that is over sink & mirror was out & mostly didn't work could be tied to the plugs not working. If I recall I believe when we rented last year had the same issue. Also noticed some light bulbs were out in the living room/kitchen as well. Other than that which is minor the place was very clean & nice.

Wonderful home - easy check in and check out. Enjoyed the pool and was easy to connect with friends who stayed in same neighborhood. Felt safe and quick access to beach via golf cart.
