Newer Townhome located at The Commons at Seashell. This is a great location to rent one or more units for family reunions, retreats and gatherings of friends. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Pull up in the open parking area at the Commons complex and follow a short path towards your unit. A small sitting area outside your front door offers a shady spot to read and relax. And it is just steps away from the large shared pool, hammock, picnic and grilling area. Each unit has its own outdoor shower for rinsing off. Walk straight into an open living area with a relaxed beachside vibe and ocean blue color pallette carried throughout. The plush loveseat and couch, which doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, and reclining chair sit before a flat-screen TV with cable and Wifi. Beside the living room is a half bath and closet with a full-size washer/dryer. Dine at the dark wood bar top dining table with seating for 4 or play a friendly game of cards. There is additional seating for 3 at the bar. Adjacent to the dining area sits a full kitchen that features granite countertops, white appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove-oven, coffee maker and microwave. Vibrant blue cupboards are stocked with utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans – everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach. From here, hardwood stairs lead up to bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, a master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a King size bed, 2 nightstands, a chest, a closet for your beach attire and a wall-mounted TV. Enjoy the en-suite bathroom with a shower tub and granite vanity. The guest room (BR2) has a Queen-size bed, nightstands, closet, chest, wall-mounted TV and desk which can be used as a makeup area or workspace for distance learning/working from home. Perfect for kids at the end of the hallway, (BR3) has a set of Full bunk beds. These two rooms share a hall bathroom for everyone to freshen up in with a tub/shower and granite vanity. Approximately four blocks from the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We have been coming down to Port A most of my life and we always enjoy it. The location was very nice and the house was a perfect size for us and good for family. It was also very nice for pets and made that very simple and easy. Overall a wonderful time!

We had three couples, teenagers and two 6year olds and the place was perfect. we grilled, played in pool and rented a Golf cart from LIP, . the unit was perfect size and great location. Will definetly come back.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was super clean, and well stocked. Felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. Location was terrific. Close to beach and everything else. Nice and quiet inside even when the outside was busy. Definitely going to stay here next time!
