This condo is located near marker #3, with an unobstructed Gulf view from the 2nd floor covered balcony. The brand new décor comes with the worry free furnishings which include linens, brand new AC/Heat, new granite counters throughout, galley style kitchen with pantry and new stainless steel appliances, micro wave, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware to meet all of your culinary needs. The dining table has seating for 6. The open floorplan has plenty of seating in the livingroom which also has a large screen TV, cable and Wifi. The master bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Twin over Full bunk bed and TV with a hall bathroom with a shower/tub unit. There is also a sleeper sofa in the livingroom for guests. We really enjoyed the stay. I have been staying at the Sea Isle for years. They cleaned everything up and remodeled really well after the hurricane. I have never seen the Sea isle look better. This was a nice clean condo. We especially liked the back patio where we would watch brilliant sunrises over the sea every morning with a cup of coffee. Of course the best thing about this place is its location, just steps from the beach.

We had a great time at the condo. Beach view was very nice. The only thing that was lacking was communication. We were told we could check in at 3pm when we booked. On the way to the condo from Austin we received a text stating because of covid we were not able to check in until 4pm. Ok fine. We were standing outside of our room after 4pm waiting on someone to text me for the entry code. 430 comes around and we were still waiting. Not cool

This was a great condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was clean and in good condition considering past hurricane damage. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is there were a few roaches. One in the master bed when I pulled down sheets. One in kitchen and one in bathroom. But if management would give it a good debugging it really is a nice place to stay and I would definately go back.

This condo is close to town and just a boardwalk from the beach. Great location, clean, big rooms. I would recommend the property.

Ideal location. This condo is immaculate! The furnishings are comfortable, especially the King bed in the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is well supplied, new appliances, great cookware, etc. Bathrooms are well supplied with good quality towels. As Winter Texans we will, for sure, return next year.

Comfortable stay in Port A

This was our first stay in Sea Isle Village and we were delighted with the condo: clean, comfortable, spacious. The location was superb and a short easy walk to the beach. A few minor issues only: when you exit, remember to touch the keypad again or the door doesn't lock so test it. No sound system/cd or dvd player- bring your own. No low level lighting or dimmers-all lamps are built into the furniture and every bulb in the condo is super bright-bring some low level lighting. Finally, the kitchen IS stocked with salt, pepper, some spices, sugar, tea and oil. Coffee filters are in the pantry. I couldn't find them and was told I needed to buy some but not true. There are good quality and condition pots, pans and knives but no skillet. Drinking cups are glass, dishes are ceramic and bountiful. loved the private covered rear patio with a great ocean view.Enjoy! We'll be back.

This is the second time staying in room 46. Plenty of space, lots of beds, perfectly stocked kitchen making it easy to cook anything imaginable, new appliances, plenty of towels, TP and paper towels. Comfortable spot with a view of the beach. Nice walk down the boardwalk to the water. Pool right outside your door. 2 outdoor Showers to rinse off snd not track sand to your room. We'll be back again...

Check-in was easy. The keyless lock is nice especially when you're going to the beach you don't have to carry a key. The decor is exactly the way it looks in the pictures. The deck is even better because it's private and you can't really tell that by the pictures. The towels were clean. Nice big TVs with a good variety of streamed content and local channels. Very comfy couches. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very nice firm yet fluffy on top. The mattress on the bottom of the bunk beds was firm and not fluffy. The pillows were a little flat but they had many decorative pillows that were not so I just added one of the decorative pillows on top of the sleeping pillows and it was adequate. The mattress on the top bunk was firm yet soft on top. The condo was clean. The shower head in the hall bathroom busy there and need a replacement or cleaning. The water spray was very wide with half of the water missing me. Neighbors are very nice and I would definitely stay here again.

This was our sixth or seventh year staying for a week at this location. Our experience was good EXCEPT the sheets and comforter on the spare bedroom were filthy. It was disgusting

Great Beach House!

The house was as described, was very clean with the amenities and furnishings I expected. The unit was comfortable and the living space was large enough for the whole family to enjoy. The rear balcony had a great ocean view and, if it were not for the construction going on directly beneath us, we would have spent more time there. Hammer drills and miter saw noises began sometimes as early as 7:30 a.m. One day, the construction continued to 9:00 at night. We had a couple of small maintenance issues - the kitchen sink faucet was not secured to the sink and the rear storm door had the lower kick plate detached, leaving a large gap between the door bottom and floor. We found the piece lying on the rear deck. After grabbing some tools from the car, and spending a few minutes, both were fixed. Overall, we loved the place. It was close to the beach and downtown areas and the layout worked very well. Despite the maintenance issues and noisy neighbors, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Thank you for staying with us. We do apologize for the ongoing construction work going on at Sea Isle Village. Some parts of Port A are still in rebuild phase following Hurricane Harvey. Hopefully the next time you come to the island all repairs will be completed.

Took the family (6) here for vacay and we enjoyed ourselves! The place was clean and spacious; the kitchen was fully stocked utility-wise (even had a toaster and mixing bowls); the view was great from the back porch, the distance to the beach unbeatable, and the beds were comfy. There were a few hiccups in the beginning(i.e., garbage disposal not working; dishwasher not working; doorknob loose) but all were immediately addressed with a quick call to the main office. I only ask Life in Paradise to update their website and that of Air B&B, to note that only one of the couches in the living room is a fold-out queen, not both, which is what I was initially told. This caused some last-minute rearranging for sleeping but we were able to manage it.
