You will love this very nice updated first-floor condo located in the Sea Breeze Condo Complex. This unit is adorned in a nautical and marine theme in colors of blue and green. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a regular drip coffee maker, pantry, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There is NO dishwasher in this efficiency. The intimate table holds seating for three guests. There is ample space for your clothing to be hung, folded and placed in the chest or kept intact on the luggage rack. Lounge on the couch, which converts into a sofa sleeper, to watch a movie or watch it while lying in the Queen size bed. The bathroom contains a tub/shower unit which is separate from the vanity area. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the patio while taking in a beautiful sunrise. You have complete access to the incredible pool area with hot tub and outdoor shower with beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping just steps away. You’re only 0.5 away from Port Aransas Beach and the South Jetty. Laundry facility on-premises. This is the perfect location to walk to nearby restaurants, shops and nightlife.

We enjoy Sea Breeze and will definitely be back. Unit 113 was clean, cute, well stocked and comfortable. The pool is always clean and the other guests are friendly. We always enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. The accommodations were great,nice look,nice decor, and well supplied with all the amenities. One suggestion on the sleeper sofa, two adults do not fit well on this size. Two children would work fine. Perhaps advertise it as accommodations for a family of four. Nonetheless, we will definitely be back. See you soon!

Perfect Long Weekend

The property was close to the beach, which was essential. Great restaurants were nearby, as was the grocery store. The pool and hot tub were clean and roomy enough to share with other guests. The condo had all the essential equipment. Everything was outstanding!

The staff was very helpful, once we arrived the curtains were down and they came ASAP to put them up for us. The location was right down the road from the ocean. You could walk there but we never did. It is right by all of the great restaurants too. The only complaint I have is that there is no grill like stated, so we had to buy one. Also, there was a VERY small amount of cooking appliances and the ones that were there were not good. The tongs were crooked so you couldn’t pick things up and the can opener was useless. We had to buy most of our own cooking things. Other than that, we had a great stay!

The condo was clean with new ceramic floor. The bed was comfortable and
everything was in good working order. Location was a 10 minute walk to the
Beach. There were several restaurants, bar and grills right next door. Check-in and out was simple and quick. Access was by pass code. We had a great time at Sandfest.

Overall great! No dishwasher or washing machine:(. Perfect location in town and near beach. Property was quiet and chill, kinda to itself. I would rent the same spot again. Only bummer was no dish washer or washing machine.
