Dive into the open concept of the living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a large sectional sofa, two side chairs, a lamp, a coffee table, and a TV w/ Wi-Fi. The dining area with it's sizable table, has plenty of room for eight, with additional seating at the kitchen bar with five w/ barstools. The kitchen has fine stainless-steel appliances, absolutely gorgeous quartz countertops, a regular drip coffee maker, and it comes complete with everything you need to prepare those gourmet meals.
The door in the kitchen leads out to the back porch and yard. On the porch is lovely outdoor furniture to relax on.
Also, on the bottom floor across from the dining room is the laundry room; w/ a stackable washer & dryer for your use. Also in this area is a half bath with a charming pedestal sink.
In this area as well is BD1) it has a queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, two side chairs and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The en suite BA1) is a full bath with a beautifully custom tiled walk in shower, with a bench seat, quartz countertops with double vanity sinks.
Upstairs you will find BD2) this bedroom has a set of twin beds, with one having a trundle underneath, a chest, a lamp, a closet, and a TV with Wi-Fi.
Down the hallway is BD3) with another queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. Next to that is the full size bath BA2) off the hall has another beautifully tiled tub/shower combo, quartz countertops with double vanity sinks.
At the end of the hallway is BD4) complete with a queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, and a closet a smart TV. The en suite full bath BA3) has a gorgeous walk in tiled shower, a quartz countertop with a vanity sink.
Mermaid Manor is decorated with relaxing hues of blue, white, and tan throughout...
