Aransas Breeze is located in the Pirates Bay community. The front porch of this unit is placed just steps away from the shared pool and gas grills, which makes it so convenient.
On the front porch are two chairs and a side table to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. As soon as you enter through the front door, you will feel yourself relax, beautifully decorated in ocean hues. The open concept makes the whole family able to gather together.
The living area has a sofa, also a queen sleeper, four side chairs, a coffee table, an end table, lamps, a ROKU TV with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi, and various family games to play.
The dining table has seating for six with three barstools at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen has sleek stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker, everything you need to prepare fabulous meals.
Down the hall past the kitchen on the left is BA1) a full bath with a tub/shower combo unit and a granite sink vanity. Also down the hall is a laundry closet with a full size washer & dryer.
At the end of the hall is BD1) this guest room has a Queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a ROKU TV with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi.
Back to the living area, and up the stairs, the first right is BD1) this bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle, a nightstand with a lamp, a closet, a side chair, and a ROKU TV with spectrum cable and Wi-Fi.
Next on the right is BA2) another full bath with a walk-in shower, and a granite vanity sink.
At the end of the hall is BD3) complete with one Queen and one full bed, nightstand with lamp, a chest, a closet and a ROKU TV with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi.

Overall

Excellent place to stay for the weekend. Although it was empty this weekend the property was well kept. I did like the 3 parking spots assigned to each property. No complaints from us but we suggest making it easier to turn on the tv and to find the internet information.
